I can’t seem to contact you through phone services, no number is available. I tried to email you twice and it did not go through. I want my granddaughter to be able to choose her own books. I sent her a Sonia’s a gift and her parents are unable to log in to choose. This is a very difficult situation and we don’t live close to each other. Please help with this so they can directly order her selections or refund my money. Karen Cole
