“They kept my money for 3 weeks for a book that was not is stock but appears as such on their site(they haven't corrected that still). I had to contact them otherwise I would just loose my money. The book now is OOP and if found costs way more. The only thing they had to say was "we're sorry". I had problems with customer service every time I ordered (lack of info for delivery on their part etc), but this was infuriating .”

Never turned up, I questioned them, and they sent another out, guess what that didn't turn up.i told them I would contact Aldershot police as it was a scam, 1 hour late the have refunded me without prompt.

“Really impressed; I was quite sceptical before ordering as it was the cheapest place online I could find, with very few reviews. I even paid via PayPal specifically so if there were any issues, it wouldn't be much hassle to claim it back.
I never normally leave reviews, but I was so chuffed with how quick my order came! Placed it on the evening of the 26th June (a Wednesday), dispatched on Friday 28th June, and received it today, Monday 1st July! Free delivery too. Thanks!”
