I requested a refund on February 4th. It’s now been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received my money. Every follow-up is met with excuses, delays, or empty promises. On March 17th, they claimed a “follow-up request” was submitted—but nothing ever came of it.
Even more concerning: Reviews.io itself displays a warning about this company possibly posting fake reviews. Believe that warning. My experience—and others I’ve since read—suggests they boost their reputation with fake feedback while delivering nothing of real value.
I’ve now begun filing complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Attorney General, and I’ll continue leaving reviews on every platform I can find. This business does not operate with honesty or accountability.

“I hired them to maintain my business in top 3 of Google. I have been in there for past few years but the company raised their prices drastically so I opted for boost nija who said they could do the same thing. After first month I inquired and they said their system can take up to 3 months to work. So I continued to pay and wait. I am past 4 months and am not coming up for any of my keywords. I have requested a them to fix it multiple times and nothing has changed. I have requested a refund and stopped paying but still nothing.”
