I phoned the help line only to be told that there no available appointments in any of the shops 20 plus miles or more away from my location until May which will be some 7 weeks or worse. An absolute disgrace. I can however post it to Wales 1st class recorded delivery at me expense. How about I stop paying until I get the service I was promised 😡 ”
