I have a pair of Virto 190-R aids. I frequently use "mute" on the app. The aids will usually only remain muted for 30 minutes or so, and then they revert back to non mute mode, which for me is extremely frustrating. What causes this and can I do something about it? Philip Restall DY9 0LX

I bought behind the ear aids 3 months ago , Although they are working perfect I would like to try in canal aids, would it be possible to change them,?
