I have yet to receive even an automated acknowledgement of my request for a refund.

I would not go to Boots again I’d go to a different company another time , am disgusted and asking for a full refund as I can’t use my hearing aids without some simple advice.

Having tinkered about with the hearing aids over a number of visits with no improvement refusing return of goods/refund as now outside the statutory period (how convenient for Boots) and 3.

Been charged for items which were not in stock. No indication on the website of stock value. Emailed the webshop address, no reply. So did a review on trust pilot this got a response, but still no reply to when or if i get a refund. Awful website for purchasing hearing aid stuff.

Boots will not consider a refund of any amount.

I have had a problem with boots hearing care ,they promised me a refund on my insurance.

I said that I had lost all confidence in Boots Hearing Care service and asked for a full refund so that my Mother could go elsewhere.

I was informed that if he was unsuccessful in removing the wax I would have a full refund £50.
