“I have tried my new hearing aids only the one time, and quite frankly, detected no change to my hearing. I have them on charge and will try again. Found adjusting volume, with hearing aids in place, easy and natural to do, but have just not experienced any improvements.”

“They accept your payment as soon as you order. You don’t get the hearing aids for 2-3 weeks. They did not work for me so I returned them. It too almost 2 months for them to refund my money after they had received the package. Not a good experience for me.”
