“Disappointed they arent smaller as advertised ‘almost invisible’! Difficulty getting them in my ears comfortably & changing volume to get correct- either too loud or a ‘plugged up’ condition where I can’t hear!”
“On the positive side, I like the two modes (with and without background) which adjust easily. There is also a fairly wide and effective range of volume settings. Certainly, I am able to hear much more, and more clearly. On the negative side, the sound is very harsh and "tinny" as though it is all treble and no midrange or bass, like a cheap speaker. This is made worse when there is a sudden change in volume like loud noise which is not dampened and can be very painful.”

Then they don’t work at at all. I suspect it’s wax build up, but there are no instructions on how to remedy that I pulled the “wax guard “off
And that helped, but I am now told you have purchase more wax guards. I think they should clearer o. The maintenance and give you the additional wax guards for free These hearing aids are not cheap”

“Not happy with customer service. Need to update date customer on shipping delays.
When the customer calls to cancel order after waiting a month plus - don’t tell them it’s cancelled, send a confirmation email of the cancellation and then mail it the same day.
I should have refused delivery- but I very much needed something to help my hearing.
Would not recommend due to shoddy customer service tactics.”
