“I ordered TX-5 on 8-18-2023. Bossa scheduled delivery in 10 days. Yesterday, 9-13-2023, almost 1 month later, Bossa told me that they will send my TX-5 soon. What is wrong at Bossa?”
“The size is a plus. Not offering accessories you want a negative. Once you decide on the ear dome size you prefer you should be able to buy only them. They should offer open domes as an option. Sound is quite different and less clear compared to my in the canal current.”
