You indicated that these would be small, they are not small. The ear buds are too large and make it seem that I have a head cold. I do like the hearing ability but they are definitely too large!

I love my hearing aids! I will say, I’m having a bit of trouble keeping them in my ear(s). I’m using the smallest ear piece. I’m getting better about putting them in. I just don’t want to lose one and not notice when it falls out. So far, it’s fallen in my lap. 🥰

I have learned to NEVER purchace through Facebook and never take ratings from people on Facebook because the businesses do not show ALL of the true feedback. I will be posting and filing on BBB and Google about this dishonest company.

I have struggled with tinnitus for twenty years. Mine is considered extreme. I have to say , using the Bossa hearing aids has reduced it so far to minimal after wearing them for a few hours a day. I haven’t had my new hearing aids very long but the relief for how ever long it last is a blessing. Thank You ! Larry J. Flashner,

These hearing aids are great. Excellent value for the money. As a Canadian customer, and with the claim of free shipping, I was disappointed at having to turn over an additional $26 to Canada Post before receiving my parcel. Please give all your many neighbours to the north, a heads up as to additional costs in your advertisments, so there are no surprises. Overall, an excellent product, that's compact, affordable, and it does exactly as promised. Thank you Bossa!!

These are still too big for my ears. They don't fit into the ear canal as they should even with the smallest attachment and they are just too big for my ear and make my ear hurt. I was really hoping that they would work for me. Sorry I have to send them back.

Very very disappointed in customer service. We bought aids 061023 with extended warranty they we sent and we loved them as my husband is 83 and a hospice patient with not much time left and enjoyed very much hearing his family and friends again we they come by our home. But not even a month later the right aid just stopped working. I had a hard time getting in touch with a rep to get another aid sent and had to pay extra to have it sent as soon as possible. Then the other one stopped working. Could not get anyone to call back and your web site would not allow emails to send. Finally got some rep who helped but not according to our agreement. Finally after much delay it was sent. V I P I do not think so. We agreed to just purchase another set and send back the faulty aids. But instead just a left one was sent (very late) even though we were charged extra to get aids as zoom as possible. Product great service not at all. Jeanette & David Henson

Received order as promised but cost us $160 Cdn after exchange , Canada Post handling charge and taxes. Have not used enough to comment on performance as yet. I gather your free postage is only while in U.S. which was disappointing.

Doubt this will be published like all the others stating FRAUD AND SCAM ATTEMPT. They charge your credit card immediately, and now 10 days later have NEVER SHIPPED. MADE A FALSE TRACKING NUMBER, AND USPS POSTMASTER TOLD US, NOT ACCEPTED YET, SEPT 15, STILL SAYS PENDING ACCEPTANCE, meaning, THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED IT, ONLY CREATED LABEL. Fortunately, our credit card company told us what to do. READ ALL REVIEWS ON BBB AND SO many other sites on this FRAUD COMPANY, it will soon be shut down and hope everyone knows they scammed and frauded to go to their payment bank, they will reverse the charges and also have had many chargebacks from this company as they do not refund people. READ THE REVIEWS, THE REAL ONES, NOT WHAT THEY PUBLISH, ALL FAKE
