“Boss needs to train there on line support a little better in customer service. Had a company for 18 yrs and if I saw how I was responded to they would be fired. Overall though total support was good even when I exchanged and moved up .”
“Ordered on the 9/16. the only email I received was that my order had been received. According to the website it would take 8-12 days in the US. I never got another email. I went on their "chat" and inquired about my order. I was told it had not left the warehouse yet but it was in "priority" state. I still did not receive any email so two days later I inquired again through chat. Was told the same. Finally received an email on 9/26 that it was "being Prepared" That same day another email that it has been sent. The last email stated I can expect it on 10/3. Seventeen days later I guess I can expect it. I hope it is worth the wait. I could certainly understand if this was something I ordered out of the US but they are located in the US.”
“The aid did not fit and hurt my ears. I returned them and am awaiting my refund. They have a 45 day return policy and the people seem to be very helpful. I'm just sorry that they did not fit.”
“When the hearing aides are turned up there is way too much background noise like it is amplified. When they are turned down they don’t make much difference in my ability to hear better. There is really no control button as it’s too high or almost too low. Anything in between there is too much interference”
“The hearing aids are great. Return process is not. Takes too long to get them back. And no communication on your part. I had to be the one to try to see how long I got news the replacements were being sent to me.”

“The bait and switch offers are ridiculous. Give your best offer once instead of lowering the price each time a new offer is rejected. Also, shipping charge is meaningless. Was told adding shipping priority of $10 would guarantee 3 to 5 day delivery. its been 9 days and still have not received the product. Hopefully, the product itself will be as advertised to overcome the prior disappointments....we'll see.”

“My hearing loss is not profound but was becoming noticeable to others. It took me a couple weeks to learn and adjust to them, but I wore them all day yesterday at a party and found them to be very helpful, and comfortable. Well worth the cost”
“I have not received them yet. They are expected to arrive on Oct. 3rd which is a fast delivery. I was told it would be 8 to 12 business days before I got them but I received a notice they would be here a lot sooner. I am excited to get them because I know they will be just what I need. How do I know this? Because I said that God would provide and He did because of the circumstances of how they were ordered and that's another story to be told later. “Took well over a month to receive. Even once we received tracking info it was still 10 days. They DO NOT WORK AT ALL. I purchase for a friend. He said it was the biggest waste of his money he has ever spent.
I requested that my email and phone number to be removed. Still getting mail daily. I blocked this morning. Enough!”
“Unfortunately these aids are not made for everyone,my husband is NOT able to wear them at all,now in the process of having the proper aids for him. Doctor recommended to send for our money back. That is quite the process also especially the cost for the return of a product that is of no use to him. Will let you know how that goes,hopefully hold true to your word of full refund.”
