“Seriously! I sent my hearing aids back in July, because they were uncomfortable for me to wear.
I am still waiting for my refund. It is now October and I keep getting fobbed off with apologies and promises.
I would not recommend your company as one to do business with.

“You state these are smaller than a pill or you show a picture that they are. When I emailed you I was told they are the smallest hearing aids. This is not true !! Infact they are pretty big and bulky and do not fit in the ear canal as most hearing aids. I have to turn it up all the way to cut down on tinnitus which I was told these hearing aids will do. I will then get a tinny echo on some sounds.”
“I’ve only had them a few days. They hurt my ears and trigger my TMJ. When I talk I feel like I’m in a cave or like a cold all stuffed up. I’m going to keep giving them a try but so far I’m not too happy. Sorry.
Also they are very visible with my short hair.”
