“This was probably the best customer service and has now become the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. Been waiting for a delivery since 26th March, also told them that my boat was being launched next Monday but that made no difference to them chasing the delivery company for a delivery date. Asked them to cancel the order as it was time critical and refund and I would go to a local chandler and purchase the parts again no response.”
