“Any time I've had to chat or email them they have been very quick to respond and courteous. They give accurate advice to any queeries and seem very professional. The only reason they don't get Very Good is the software on the site sometimes "falls asleep" and takes a page refresh to get going again - not really their fault as such but more an Adobe Flash problem - I'd recommend moving to HTML5 Flash WAS good but it's time has passed - long ago!”

“On numerous occasions I have been wrong information, or just fobbed off with silly excuses. Rarely is my need satisfied when I use the live chat facility. The CS Agents have very broken English when typing and this can lead to confusion and more frustration.”
