“customer service was polite, but unable to tell me actually why I was not allowed to place a bet advertised on their site. The blame for this was directed at the Trading Department, and I was informed that said department do not have any way of being contacted. So now I use another bookie”

“Very grateful to your Customer Support (Owen in my case). Fast research (into whetehr I had previously evcer had an account), on set up / registration, and when I could expect to be credited with my free bet as a new customer. Polite and efficient - shame he isn't also a tipster as my horse drifted in well off the pace !”
