“simple question. I have an account with boylesport which I access via my laptop. The site is slow which means I don't bet as often as I would like. I have tried to use my mobile phone to place bets. I gave my mobile number to boylesport and they texted me a link and I downloaded the app. The problem is that on my mobile phone I cant login. I have no problem logging in via my laptop. I have tried twice to resolve this via livechat but to no avail. It would be handy if it worked with cheltenham coming up?”

“My old debit card details are out of date so I need to register a new one, Your web site allowed me to enter new details - it told me the old card would be deregistered. When I came to update the details I got a message saying I had too many cards registered. I had on online chat with Ruaidri and he said the old card had been removed and I could now enter details for the new card online. I tried to do that but still got a message saying too many cards were registered. I spoke online (again with Ruaidri and he said someone would ring me to update the details manually. If I don't get a call before 8pm or your odds worsen from 4/1 (France to beat Wales Rugby Union) then I will bet with someone else and won't be betting with you again. It isn't this difficult updating card details with other bookmakers.”

“i will never return to your rip off site again,disgraceful carry on.i deposited 18 euro tnite at 7.20 pm.i done 3 sets of 2 numbers at 2euro each double in all 3 draws,it said bets successful and 18 euro deducted. i won well at least i thought i won 120 euro from my bet but hey presto 18 euro returned to my account 2hours later and boylesports have no record of my bets,fuckin joke site im off back to paddy power ye thieves”
