“New app could be better you have to keep going in and out every time you want to do an accumalater time wasting if you could have all over 1.5goals and all other bets on all games on the page you open would be great”

“Pleasure to use and easy to navigate , for most people but I got a message to say I had a free soccer Acca and where it said use now I did and the fiver was still deducted from my account but that’s the only recommendation I could make to improve the app as a regular user . Full points fir service and a very efficient app Regards Mark Teggart”

“Couple of issues ! Lotto bet selected one time , didn't go through for some reason , lost out ! My bet (selections of numbers) should have been recorded some way but we're not ! But a big history of same numbers there that were placed and would not honour my query ! 2, some times watching a race live on Boylesports after placing a minimum wager the race will freeze or won't play at all ! 3, I've had a few issues over the years with payouts in fact but Boyle sports is the only online bookmaker I have an account with maybe time for a change. 4, The cash out option which does not include Horses is a big No No !”

“I tryed to cash on a football bet when my team was 9 point ahead it gave me the change just cash out but went on to home page then been told it's not available on American why was it there on the page unfairly treated”
