“My issue could not have been sorted there and then, however Morris did what was possible to speed up the process and answered my questions. I was impressed that I was able to attach files in your LiveChat. It is now up to another department to approve the information you required. Thank you.”

“My account was blocked. I thought maybe it was due to the types of betting I was doing. I used the chat service and found out it was because I hadn't supplied my ID in time. I was actually able to upload my ID to the chat window, which I found useful and the person was able to approve things for me over chat within 10 minutes and reopen my account. :)”
