“My issue could not have been sorted there and then, however Morris did what was possible to speed up the process and answered my questions. I was impressed that I was able to attach files in your LiveChat. It is now up to another department to approve the information you required. Thank you.”

“I have given a good review cos Chelsea tried her best to help me but I feel let down by the site as I haven't been paid out on a promotion that was being run and spending and playing through 600 r so I should have got something decent bk but I hopefully will receive a nice email soon”
