“Responses did not make good reading, as if written by someone foreign and query could not be answered. Just told it would be referred to the "concerned department" and then I would be contacted. I appreciate it is only £20 but it is £20 that i am out of pocket due to an incorrectly settled bet and therefore feel that there should be someone on hand to rectify it straight away”
