“Responses did not make good reading, as if written by someone foreign and query could not be answered. Just told it would be referred to the "concerned department" and then I would be contacted. I appreciate it is only £20 but it is £20 that i am out of pocket due to an incorrectly settled bet and therefore feel that there should be someone on hand to rectify it straight away”

“In my experience Boyle sports seem to be the only online book maker that don't stand over their promise when you open a new account.. beware of their tricky not published TAC.”
