“i have written many times about my order and finally asked to be refunded. Never had a company charge me before item was ready for shipment but you do. Placed an order Oct. 17 and it was paid for and yet still no product. Have had two notices that it was back ordered, understand, then told product was in then told it was put off again. I am tired of waiting and want a refund and will never order from you again. Barbara Timmons”
