I am not happy about the lack of response to my return. I don't have a printer and can not print out a return label. I've inquired twice already about sending me a shipping label, there's no one to speak with. Awful customer service.

Not completely sure how 8 feel my husband called me Wilma Boulderrocks and on1 St wash them came apart.so on 1-10 1 fire sure.

The bras shrunk when I washed in cold water. I hung them to dry. The material turned hard and is now hard to stretch.

Usually very happy with this product. However, I need to return it and can't seem to get any customer service to do that. My 3rd attempt at a request is coming.

I would rate the products I received a five. I order three items and only received two. I’ve been in contact with Brayola three times. After three requests for the missing item I’m done. Customer service is a very important part of all businesses. Just keep this in mind when you make a purchase. The item I didn’t receive was a pair of panties! Only $10 ... so it’s not like it was going to break their bank. Thanks Brayola

The cup size in the bra was extremely large, I had to send it back. I wasn't even reimbursed for the bra. I expected that I wouldn't receive reimbursement for shipping, but was credited 24.95 , that's $11.95 short of what I paid. I won't be buying from this company again. I understand about companies that don't reimburse for shipping costs, but not about not getting full price back for the merchandise!

This tube top bra needs more support to prevent it from rolling up & down the back. Won’t stay in place. Cup wires stick up thru the dress making me look deformed at the top. #UNCOMFORTABLE

Ordered two bras, had to return them because of the seams and too thin. They did not refund all of my money that I paid for them. I contacted them twice and they never responded. Will never order from them again. Terrible customer service!
