I am not happy with Brayola's return policy. I received my order in two shipments and returned the first item (with label provided by Brayola) before the second shipment arrived. When I wanted to return the second package I couldn't obtain a label. Customer service said that there were technical difficulties but that was weeks ago and I still am unable to get that label. Very annoying as I now seem to be stuck with items I don't want. I will not buy from Brayola again.

I really wanted this bra to be perfect but unfortunately it didn’t fit right in the cup. Oh well!

Have Nothing good to say about my experience with your company, very frustrating to know I have an Issue with your product and find out that 1- I was told I was only able to communicate via email!! 2nd- After 3 /4 emails I then find out that No Exchanges are allowed, that in order to exchange my item. I now have to send back the item I have and repurchase what ever I want, and still I'm not able to speak to anyone in reference to see what options i have on what bra would be best!! NO Customer Service At All!! I Now have no other option but, to return the bra because I found No One That Could or Would be willing to assist!! CAN NOT DO BUISSNESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T EVEN CARE ENOUGH TO OFFER A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO ASSIT WITH PURCHASES!! I RATHER GIVE MY MONEY AND TIME TO A COMPANY WILLING TO GO THAT EXTRA STEP SPECIALLY WHEN THEY EXPECT ME TO SPEND MONEY IN THEIR COMPANY

I recently purchased online from Brayola the Glamorize MagicLift Moisture Control Bra in 38C (Gray Heather color). When the bra arrived it was way too large in the cup for me. I am always a 38C so this was very disappointing. I quickly printed a return slip and gave to UPS for returning to Brayola. I am still awaiting a refund after 17 days.

This was my second and last time ordering bras from Brayola. Your sizing is not true. I’ve had my breast measured and when I buy expensive bras they fit, but when I order from Brayola, the sizing is off. Your bra sizing is smaller than the what it should be. Your bras are a joke.

They were to puffy and you never have the right size bras. I like a lot of them but I need 48 B Bras.

The bras are to big and I will not send them back so I can pay for them to be ship back to you guys. I think paying $6 out of my refund isn't right.But I will not order from this company every again. I didn't even get free shipping. Thank you, Deloris Heady

Bra runs really small, the material is very itchy. And they take $6 off your refund if you send it back. I do not recommend.
