“Very dissatisfied with these products - I ordered my regular size and it was WAAAAYY small. I would like to return them and order others...how can I do that!”

“I ordered 2 Playtex bras, when they arrived o tried them on and they didn't fit. I tried to return or exchange them and your system told me my items are not available for return! I was very disappointed and thats not professional.”

“No phone contact info for Brayola. No response to my email. I have no printer to print return label . I am stuck with a stained bra that came in torn packaging and have no way to get a replacement.”

“I returned the 2 bras I ordered from you. I thought I was getting a special bra from brayola not a playtex 18 hour bra that I could buy anywhere here in my area. I was very disappointed!”

“I do not have a printer at my location so I am unable to print a return address mailing form. issued by this company. I asked for a return address so i could send my purchase back since these articles of clothing did not fit. Brayola never bothered to send an address and so now I have to scan the internet to find an address. Totally unnecessary. Unhappy customer.”
