Hi Delores, We see a return set up for your order however, the UPS label for the return does not show any tracking movement with UPS. Hi Sherry, Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear the item did not fit. Have you clicked on "Find my Size". This tool will work out the correct size for you to try, based on the brand and bra you are currently wearing.  We gladly accept the return of items that are unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags and/or packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customer service is seriously lacking. Returned two bras and only received credit for one. They said one was "worn" but literally tried it on and took it off because it was so uncomfortable. Will buy elsewhere.

Completely wrong order! Not the product I ordered and not the size or color I ordered. Very disappointed. Hopefully you can get this right for other customers.

I was not pleased to return two bras that cost over $48.00 and and only get a little over $15.00 in refund...I will never buy from Brayola again.

The bra was not what I ordered.My size is very accurate and this bra would not even go halfway around so sure do not know what kind of sizes you make.The hooks were hanging off the snap area.I will never place a order with you again not will I ever recommend you to anyone.

I am very unhappy. I ordered 2 bras and didn’t put my current mailing address on the order. I realized this immediately after I completed the order and Brayola. would not make the correction. They were not forwarded to me so I am out $42 and 2 bras!!!! Not a great way to do business!!

For my order I received 2 packages of Hanes underwear for men. Pay pal was charged for my order of 2 bras. I have not received what I ordered and I returned the men’s underwear at my expense. I would lie if I gave your business anything but a 1 it would be 0 if it was provided.
