I ordered 2 bras and was charged for them but never received them.I would like to be contacted to find out if I will receive my items or not.

Fit is good but the seams are very rough and scratchy. Can’t wear it especially running. Too much work to send back

Beware if you want to do a return- they will try to void your return saying merchandise was returned worn or dirty.

The wrong item was shipped. The color, the style and the size were all wrong. The bra was sent back.

The bra is very uncomfortable! It is made of stiff fabric has a seem going through the middle of the cup and is itchy.

I sent the bra back already. I have purchased this bra before and the underwires popped out the sides in no time at all. Also, when I realized I made a mistake in ordering, I tried to change or cancel my order immediately. Your system would not allow me to do this. So I had to pay for shipping to return it. I will never order from Brayola again.

The bras didn’t fit well. Smaller than they should have been for the size I ordered. I plan to donate them somewhere as I will never wear them. The fabric wasn’t what I expected either. Poor decision to buy these.

I have just changed the rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I am trying to get help on why I was sent only 1 pair of underwear instead of the set of 3 that I paid for. I've made 2 queries with 0 responses. Customer Service is a big part of how I choose an online vendor. Also, it's hard to navigate to the contact link on the site. It should be in the or the footer of the landing page, as well as every page. Come on Brayola - step up.
