I used you're guide to purchase these non fitting bras, then I'm charged to return. I wont be buying here again

As with any company we do not refund for original shipping charges (which if the order was under $50.00, would be $5.99, anything over $50 we offer free shipping!).If you use our return label this costs $6, which is deducted from your total refund amount. All our return information can be found at https://shop.brayola.com/pages/returns Because manufacturers employ different bra sizing systems, determining which size to buy can be trying, please try "Find my Size". This tool will work out the correct size for you to try, based on the brand and bra you are currently wearing.  Regards, Brayola Support

I will never recommend this This company to anybody they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. There was no option to talk to them over the telephone or via live chat. When I needed to return items it became a huge issue. They told me that my items smelled of perfume and refused to issue me a refund. However I am glad that I make the purchase using afterpay and use after pay to help me retain my refund and I believe that is the only way that I got a refund with this awful terrible company. I never again will purchase anything from here or recommend this company and its products.

Not happy, neither bra fits. Auto return will not allow and my email for help has not been returned!

Horrible service. No response when contacted about incomplete order. No reply, refund or bra purchased. No explanation? No phone number to call.

I want to return all of my bras. They don't fit. I email weeks ago when I first received them and didn't get a response.

I’m still waiting to find out why I haven’t received one of the bras I ordered. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. It has been weeks with no response from your company.

Took a long time to process turn. They took 10% out. Bra was scratchy and uncomfortable

The bra I got was the worst I've ever had super painful to wear and brayola has a no return policy after you've worn it..... I'd be aware before buying a bra from them again.

I ordered 4 bras that were NOT inexpensive. Three for myself and one for my mother. I went to start a refund for two and exchage one for another size only to find out these items are nonrefundable or exchangeable. I've tried contacting customer servicen for assistance in EVERY WAY only to be ignored. Now I'm stuck with four bras that do not fit and almost $200 in the hole! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sent me someone else's order and not what I ordered. So, I cannot review. I had to return the order and received a prompt total refund.
