They are horrible I never received my order but my visa card was charged...i am concerned and have not been able to reach a customer service person aside from Amanda o!?!?

Hi Diane, We apologize for the delay with the delivery for your order and understand your frustration. USPS is experiencing delays almost everywhere right now. Some packages are taking longer than normal. They seem to be sitting at USPS facilities longer, or sometimes remaining ""in transit"" between facilities for a long periods of time.. Nothing fit I believe your sizes are off and I didn’t even get the right colors in 2 of the things ordered

Terrible service all around.The expensive bra I bought is so awful I can't even wear it. What a waste of $30!I definitely will not be a returning customer.

It took too long for delivery. I understand Covid but it seems like all other online businesses were able to deliver in a timely manner. I contacted customer service and there wasn’t much they could do. I will never order from Brayola again. Please remove me from your email list.

I have great things about your company. However, my first time ordering, I waited until you had a special with no shipping fees and no return shipping fees or any fees what-so-ever. Imagine my shock when returning bras that did not live up to the description arrived. I returned them and you shocked me with a return shipping charge. I will not order from you again until you correct your most serious abuse of trust. You must stand by your word. You did not. I am seriously disappointed.

Suze not to true size and takes to long to get return and can't talk to anyone. So not buying again because you can't talk to a person so must be a non AMERICAN company

This is the last time I will order from this company, the 2 bras I ordered didn’t fit, not sure the sizing is correct, I was unable to speak to someone at this company as all correspondence is done through email, very diaappointed!

Hi Dflana2028, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and apologize, with the current situation in the country all correspondence is thru email due to working remotely. The best thing to determine the correct size needed is taking current measurements. The easiest way is to grab yourself a tape measure. Measure where the band would sit, which is around the rib cage. Write down this measurement in inches. Next measure across the bust in line with your nipples, this should be the fullest part of your breast. Write this number down, again in inches. Now, measure the top bit of your bust, so pretty much from under your arms. Email us at support@brayola.com and we will give you a recommended size to order. Thank you, Brayola Support

I didn't notice the return policy, which charges you to return items that do not fit. Since bras are very individual, I can't guess which ones will work. Obviously that means I will not be buying bras here, the expense of returning multiple bras while searching for the right one is too much.

I returned 2 unworn bras. Was planning to order a different style since the first order was too small in the cup. After only being refunded for one bra, I will never order another item from this company.

Not enough adjustment in the straps; I consistently wear a DDD (F) in varying brands. This bra was not sized properly in my opinion.
