I’m very unhappy that the description of the bras did not say they were padded so I was very disappointed when received them especially since I had to pay for shipping the I returned them was charged shipping too. I didn’t use their return label but was charged anyway but after I put in a complaint I was reimbursed but I ended up with nothing but $17.73 in the whole for shipping cost.

Not only did my bra NOT meet my expectations, I was charged $6.00 x 2 - $12 - to return the defective product... I will NEVER BUY from Brayola again and I will post this information on my social media accounts due to zero response from them regarding this rude, total rip off non-service!

I was not satisfied with the fit. When I tried to submit info to print label for a return, I was denied. Wish I had read reviews before ever ordering. It seems many customers are unhappy about returns and denials. Will not be ordering again and am out over $30.

Bras I ordered were awful. I ordered my correct size but neither bra came close to fitting. Returned both.

I bought 3 bras. Two nude and one white. I wore one of the nude to see how well I liked it and I didn’t like the fit. Tried to use the return page and there’s no where to put I’m only returning one nude and the white one. I have tried emailing and it came back not a valid email. I’ve tried calling and never got through. I still have three bras I can’t use and no way to get them returned. I’ll be shopping else where.

I've put in complaints about a purchase that was delivered and a complaint regarding a return. Never heard anything from Brayola. I'm very disappointed and discouraged. I will not be making any more purchases from them.

Emailed to cancel after they said delivery would be delayed several weeks. Emailed several times - still haven’t heard back. Customer service is non-existent.

Dealing with customer service was difficult when I was checking out in a second order it charged to a different card than I used I explained the issues and never resolved the way it needed to be and I was sent the wrong sizes and charged handling fee and never knew if I got credit for two I sent back I ordered more and still the wrong sizes were sent I just had to keep them to much trouble dealing with this company
