Very disappointed. Bra ran so small in the cup. It was advertised at true to size fit. Then you charged me 12.00 for returning, will never order from you again. So disappointed!!!

Hi Margaret, We are sorry to hear that you didn't like our return policy. As with any company we do not refund for original shipping charges (which if the order was under $75, would be $5.99, anything over $75 we offer free shipping!).If you use our return label this costs $6, which is deducted from your total refund amount.We do state that all our returns information can be found at brayola.com/returns. I got an email saying that my issues were resolved but nothing was resolved lol. Soooo not happy at all. I’m not changing my review when ABSOLUTLEY nothing is changed.

Ordered 3 bras, none fit! This is the second time I have tried your bras and had the same problem the first time. Even tried different sizes. Very disappointed!
