I ordered several bras & returned 2 bras that did not fit the same day I received the order. I did not receive a refund for one item and the second item I received a partial refund. When I questioned customer service w/why no refund...their response was the item looked worn. Brayola if you looked at the date & time stamp of delivery & the date & time the return label was scanned at the UPS store it was done w/i an hour. The second item I still have not received a full refund & I have sent numerous emails to customer service & their response has been insufficient regarding why they are not given a full refund for a non sale item. It makes no sense & I am done doing business w/Brayola. The whole process is inefficient & there appears to be no quality control in place.

I returned item that was too small for me on 5/19/20, today is 6/17/20 and my credit card still has not been credited for the return nor have i been contacted by Brayola regarding the status of my return.

Returned for credit. Item was not up to parr for the money. I would not recommend this bra. I still have not received a credit.

Ordered 4, the fit fantastic, but I wore one once, and the underwire came through and poked me pretty good, I was able to sew it and repair it, but don't know if I'm going to purchase anymore.

I’ve been trying to return an item that doesn’t fit, and I can’t get your return label to print. I’ve been contacting your company for past few days and am getting nowhere!!!!! Then I read reviews where other people have same problem!!! Don’t say due to Covid. I’ve returned other things to other companies with no problem!!!!

Not sure about your product but I know your customer service is not good! I returned a bra that I ordered because it didn’t fit. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for a partial refund. My inquiry regarding the missing funds were never answered and I will never order your product again. It cost me $12!

The bras did not fit and the process to return is a nightmare. I went to website and it did not recognize my order number. I sent email and no one responded. Still waiting to find out how to return and will never use again.
