I placed my order on 06/15/18 and tried to cancel it through the support email. I was told since I placed the order it can’t be cancelled. I waited for over 10 business days and finally called the support line to state I haven’t received my product I was told that emails were just going to be sent stating they were on back order after I said well I didn’t receive any communication that my product was on back order. I then asked again for a refund and was told well my product was going to be shipped so I couldn’t get a refund I will have to wait for the order then return it in order to get my returns. Today is 07/10/18 and my bra still hasn’t been delivered or any type of communication from brayola. I can’t wait for thei new excuses tomorrow when I call in to see why I still haven’t received my order. This seems like a scam and through email or phone support the customer gets a run around.

I recently purchased a bra from this company. After wearing the bra only a handful of times, the underwire came out and kept poking me in my underarm. When I called customer service to get a refund I was told I could not get a refund because I had worn the bra. Of course, I wore the bra! If I hadn’t worn the bra, the underwire wouldn’t have come out of it! And to top it all off, the person on the phone had the nerve to get an attitude with me! If you choose to do business with this company, be prepared to receive shoddy merchandise that they won’t provide refunds for when they become defective after only a short period of time!

I bought a $42 post surgical bra. Shipping was in a timely manner. After my surgery with swelling I was 145lbs (before surgery 137lbs) I got a large based on size chart. I cannot fit into the bra. I requested a return immediately. Brayola took 2 days before I was given return instructions and RMA#. I immediately proceeded with return. Bra sent to Brayola on January 23. I have USPS delivery confirmation my package has been delivered and received on January 27 by Brayola. Yet my email dated Jan 30, still says it may take 10 to receive and process. Today marks day 12 since my package has been received by Brayola. I am not impressed.

Please read other web reviews about this company. I myself ordered from this company along with other customers. I ordered from them in November 2019 here it is February 2020 I only received one bra never received the other one. I called spoke to Robin she said there was back order. I emailed again they said they were working on it. I emailed them again and never received a response. Don't buy from this company they take your money and never receive your items!!!!!

It's been 2 weeks and still no package, when I bought it they said 5-9 days. I'm going back to shopping on Amazon where I get stuff in 2-4 days.

I placed an order with this company over three weeks ago and paid for 5-9 day shipping and I have not heard a word from this company about my order!! They certainly took the money immediately! Apparently they are weaving the cloth this bra is made from. I am not convinced they are a legitimate company!

I placed order and a month later still nothing, after several emails were not responded to, I called and was told wsrehouse was having shipping issues but I could order something different. I only found 1 item I liked and the bras I could choose from were by their choice of bras. I ask for refund and was told they could not issue a refund because they were in trouble for refunds issued. Sounds like a SCAM business. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU give them a F with much of the same complaints. Lesson learned.

I have been trying to order a bra since March! This is ridiculous, and I keep having to switch what I ordered, just to be told that is out of stock too. I have also been told three times now it would be shipped out, I REALLY hate being lied to.

Really disappointed, I received the bra I loved in the pictures and it fits horrible. I did my measurements and matched up on the company’s size chart, it matched the size I typically wear in stores, but there’s was way tight and didn’t fit at all. And they are going to charge me ship it back. Really disappointed in this company’s return policy on an item that did not match the measurements show. Do NOT order from this company. It’s a waste of time and money!

Ordered a bra on 7/21/19. Was not told it was on back order. Was unable to get any updates about bra. I was lied to and told they had an error at the warehouse. After several more tries and phone calls, I finally decided to cancel order on 8/5/19. Still was not refunded any money. Called back on 8/8/19 and was told I never put in a cancellation request. I contacted my bank and will contact the BBB. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

I have been waiting for about two months for a bra that I ordered. There is no communication whatsoever. I keep emailing and hearing nothing back. What a waste of $30-40. I will never order from them again.

I only received 1/2 of what I ordered, despite 15 emails to customer service asking for the tracking info or for help. Finally I received a survey asking me about my experience with customer service. I gave them a bad review since they still hadn't solved my issue and I was making it easy...either send it or refund it. This is what I got back! Is THIS customer service????? I have tried to check on my order and I went to my profile and it states I haven't ordered any bras. My order # is 139577 and it didn't give me credit on the card where after I order so many, I get a free one.

Brayola's return policy is not user-friendly and will prevent me from making future purchases. Other internet companies offer an easier return method and less a less restricting return policy. I will be unsubscribing from future emails from Brayola.

So far, I have not received my order. It was ordered March 5 and today is March 30. Everyone in customer service has been very nice, but no one has explained why my order was "sent back to the warehouse" and, although I am assured it has been shipped, I have not yet received it. So....one star at this point.
