I had to send one bra back and you received the return on August 2,2018. I have still not gotten a credit as of August 26,2018. I called on August 20th and they said I would have the credit by the 24th and I do not:rage::rage:

I placed an order December 16, 2019. It is January 23, 2020 & I still have not received the order. I called them & was told I would receive an email in 2 days with a ship date. Never received an email. I have called multiple times & put on hold with music playing for 30 plus minutes. I have sent multiple emails & no one responds. They are still taking your money for orders but they do NOT ship your products. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It has not always been like this. I ordered from them for several years with no problem. Angry customer who feels violated. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option.

The bra I ordered, arrived defective and unraveling. I was given a pre paid label to ship back. Later, I realized I had been charged for the pre paid label. Had to call. I was refunded for the label however, They refused to refund my original shipping. The customer service person was Curt when I asked for a manager, snapped at me, and did not get me one. Later , I was able to Chat with a manager who refunded my original shipping. I was told they usually do not even if the item is defective. I am glad she resolved my issues, but I will NOT shop here again.

I emailed that I made a request to change my address from Lither to Luther. A typo error that I made. I never received my order. The company ignored my requests to change the delivering address. I will not order from here again.

Customer Service advised me that they made a mistake in letting me know the bra I wanted was back in stock, when it really was not. Actually advised me to pre-pay for the bra so when it came in, I would receive it. Now why would I pay for something when there was no ETA on receipt for pre-payment?

I have purchased 3! This first one I LOVED so I immediately ordered 2 more. Well, by the time my 2 additional ones arrived the wire had come out of the first one (worn only 2 times). I contacted Brayola, they sent me a label to return the bra for replacement. I did that the very next day. Took pics of the package bra with THEIR label. Now they tell me they never received it. Well, when I got the other 2 I had purchased......the same thing. Good for about 3-4 wearings then the wire pokes the fire out of you under the arm or between boobs. SO NOW they say they will not do anything because it is over the month of purchase however, I have been emailing and calling them once a week since. In my opinion........THESE BRAS DO NOT HOLD UP AND BRAYOLA DOES NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR WORKMANSHIP OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I placed an order on Jan 3 and I have not received it yet. You have charged my credit card but have not sent the order. Communication is terrible. I have called and let messages and sent e-mails. I received one phone call back which they said they would check. One e-mail back which said they would check. That is it. I was so looking forward to getting the bras and even told people about the website. However, I would really appreciate a better explanation. Am I getting them or not. If not please return my money. Thank you very much. I am sorry if this sounds harsh but I am really disappointed.

I wanted to track a return and tried to follow the directions from the FAQ. It said to log into the Returns Center. I cannot find the Returns Center. The search does not return anything for Returns Center. All I can do is track that my return has been received via USPS tracking number. Not acceptable especially when a return a can take 21 days to process.

I have been waiting for instructions to make a return. Your return procedures need to be revamped. This is ridiculous to have to wait to hear from the retailer the bra was sent from. It's been almost a week & no news from the company.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Brayola. Was not allowed to exchange unworn/tags bras for a correct size after going just beyond the return period. It took an extended timeframe for the service dept to reply to my inquiries, and the eventual response was impersonal and robotic. It would have been so easy for them to turn me into a loyal satisfied client, but now I am stuck with two poorly fitting bras.

Wore the bra for one hour and had to take it off! Contacted you and got no satisfaction! Worst, least comfortable bra ever. And...you wouldn't exchange it.

It has been at least two weeks since you sent exchange invoice and no smaller sizes have arrived. On March 11 I ordered another bra and they are first going to ship it today, March 18. Why, why so long

This has to be the worst bra I ever purchased. Looks nothing like the photos, the side boning dug into my skin so badly it left welts. Would have returned it but had already worn it for half a day. I am out $60.00 for this awful bra and just wanted to warn other buyers. I have given Brayola a lot of business but no more. I will be finding somewhere else to purchase my bras. Very disappointed.

Read reviews on BBB before you order. No one can tell you what portion of your order will ship when so don't pay for expedited service. Poor customer service as well. Buyer beware

The communication level of your company is terrible. I could NEVER get anyone on the telephone and the emails never matched with anything I ever sent to you. While I do like your products the hassle is not worth the headache.

Do not order from this company. I tried to return a bra and was told:The item(s) received are not in pristine condition. This could mean there is a stain / damage to it, overwhelming smell of perfume or body odor or not in its original packaging with tags. This is for the order of 822575 but for the other order we haven't received it yet it does take 14 to 21 business days to go through i do show here that you created it on the 4th of february. We apologize for any inconvenience, and as a one time courtesy we are willing to give you a store credit. This will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. I had never wore the bra... only tried it on. If you don’t like a bra and return it, don’t expect a refund Will NEVER order from this company.
