I ordered 2 sports bras. They came quickly, but the cup size was too big. I returned them. USPS tracking says they received them back on March 11. It is now April 16 and still no refund! And, they will charge me $6 just because I had to return? This is absolutely not a reputable company!

The fabric is cheap, the cups are too large and VERY pointy.

This is the most difficult company to return something. It comes with no paper work. My bras came from 2 different places so I had to ask for 2 return requests. I will not buy from them again!I don't think they want you to return so they make it very difficult.

The response to me letting you know that your link to size chat was misdirecting had nothing to do with my information and letting you know I need a size chart so I can make sure I get the right size bra. Not so hard, just fix the misdirection unless you dont really have the standard measurements for a size chart.

You emailed me that yes indeed you do have my size; however, there is only one item that has my size and it's a Glamorise, which I currently buy online. We are the women who really need the back support and all around support featured in the other styles you sell. Why can't someone come up with what we need?

Ive been a dedicated customer for many many years, buying all of my bras from you. I returned a bra recently because it didn't fit properly. You refused my return, saying it was dirty. I tried it on once, and put it back in the box , with the tags. They sent me the bra back. I complained about that, and you gave me a $10.00 discount towards my next order!!!!!! I could not believe this! NOT HAPPY !

I haven’t reviewed a site before but because of my recent experience i need to. I bought two bras, wore one for 2 days and because it didn’t fit well I returned both. Out of a cost of $63 I received 35 in gift certificate because the bra was worn and wasn’t in “pristine condition” That makes me question the quality of the product as i only wore it for 2 days. Terrible policy. Terrible customer service. I won’t buy from this company again and will discourage friends as well. They are setting internet buying back decades. They won’t last.

I still have not received all of my order. Shipped on 10/30? I could have driven to pick it up in 30 minutes. No credit posted as I requested, and I have not received my item.

Returned bra still no refund. Well over the 21 day timeline. Will never order from this company again. Bra was hard and scratchy and did not fit.

Twice now, I have ordered a product they is listed as "in stock" only to get an email a couple days later telling me it is backordered 4-6 weeks. They shouldn't take the order if it's not in stock, but what makes me the most mad, is that they have charged me for the item already and who knows if it is going to ship at all!!! They have basically stolen my money!!!!!!!! I didn't think it was legal to charge for the product before it ships out. To make things worse, I called customer service and they said they couldn't help me at all. They also said there was no one I could talk to and they didn't have the number for "corporate". What?! You work for a company and don't know the corporate number?? I think not. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

You are a bunch of crooks. From not issuing refund for ‘months to telling me something is out of stock so I told you to cancel it and then you shipped it anyway. I will never purchase from you again. Also, being impossible to reach on the phone only to finally get someone in another country that has no clue as to what’s going on.

I needed to return an item that didn’t fit. Called twice and never got through to a representative. Submitted an email and never received a response back. Proud owner of an item I will never use.
