I received this email asking me to revise my review because my issues had been address. My question is how was it addressed? I have only received 2 correspondences from you. One to review and now a request to change my review. I can't do that because nothing has changed or been addressed and this upsets me because I feel like I am being bullied to do give good review.

I recently purchased the Leading Lady Dreamy Comfort Wire-Free Demi Bra 5204 44B / Nude. I normally wear a 44C underwire bra, but since this was a wireless, I ordered it a cup size down, 44B, like my other wireless bras. When I tried it on, I discovered it gaped under my arms at least 1 inch on each side though the lower band fit correctly. The sides literally stuck out. And the cup size, stated as a "B cup" were big enough to fit a D cup sized woman. The fit was totally absurd. And it was called a "bralette" in the ad; it was actually bigger fabric-wise than my full coverage bras. The description of this bra was totally misrepresented and the fit was no where close to what it should have been. I have sent it back for a refund. Yesterday I received an e-mail from you stating you were charging me $6 to return it. Seriously? You misrepresent your product and charge me when I return it? This is your error, not mine. I would appreciate a refund of the FULL amount I paid for the bra. If you cannot do this, not only will I never buy anything from you again, I will make sure I let both my personal friends and anyone who reads my Face Book page knows about it. This is a totally unfair business practice and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I wish I could say I love it, but it’s not very comfortable. I won’t be buying from them again. My issue has not been dealt with, as they alude to.

Although the bra didn't fit, it was ok. Your support team was not. None of your phone #'s work. To go on line and get help was a joke. It took days to get the information I needed, and then was scolded for needing the help. I won't be ordering anything from Brayola again.

I’m a big lady I measured around my breasts, which was 48”. I’ve always had a b cup. So that’s what I ordered. What I got was a 48 b that was so big, a really big breasted woman still wouldn’t fill the cup! Their instructions to return the bra are non existent. Even though the inclosed paper said it had a step by step guide. There is no way to contact this company! Except by email, or my stumbling on this review area. I even went to their Twitter page with no response. I’m so disappointed.

I placed my order on 06/15/18 and today is 07/11/18. I emailed support to cancel my order after they stated I couldn’t get a discount because of certain types of bras not available for the discount. My bra wasn’t one of them but I still couldn’t get the discount. I then couldn’t cancel my order because I was told once an order is placed it will ship immediately. I waited 10 business days and called into support to be told my order was on backorder so I wanted to cancel and get a refund but again was told well your item is no longer on backorder and it will be shipped. Now I have waited until July 11, 2018 and called back in and this item is still on backorder but for some reason I was able to cancel my order today. At this point I believe this is all a scam and until I see my refund I don’t believe a word that through this company.
