I am very disappointed with this service. I ordered 2 bras back in July. One came right away, the other was on back order. I never received the second bra and I have already had to write to customer service twice inquiring about a refund. It is almost 2 months later and I have not received the bra or the refund.

I have tried numerous times to contacting your customer service on this issue, with no response at all...I will contact the bbb and write reviews when ever I can if this is not resolved by wed Jan 22...

On 5/31/19, I placed an order. I received a notice that my oder would ship in 5-9 days. Had I known that BEFORE I ordered, I would NOT ordered. I called once to xancel my UNSHIPPED order and was told they would refund my shipping charge. Which they did refund $5.00. The second time I called to cancel my UNSHIPPED order, I was told that it is NOT possible to cancel an order. I wrote a previous review about this situation, but it was not posted. This compay is a SCAM. Search Google for this company and you will see REAL reviews..

I have not received my refund, have been on hold for over 30 minutes for returns, have emailed support but no one answers my email. I want my money back.

I ordered a bra in Nov. 2019 and it was not what I wanted. I called on Nov. 26 for a return label and sent the bra back to Brayola. I have called 2 times and email Brayola about my refund to my card and it is now Nov. 14 and it still has not been refunded. I called this morning and was on hold for 1 hour and no one answered. I would not buy anything from this company.

I am totally disillusioned and unhappy with your lack of customer service. After sending my order, I noticed immediately they had put a $27 shipping charge for next day delivery, which didn't happen. I called and spoke to a very pleasant person and she said since the order was just placed, she could change the shipping. Well, the bra did come in a couple of days and I'm so angry I didn't even try it on. I hope at least that's okay. But to deny me a change in shipping within 10 minutes of placing my order is not acceptable. And unless and until that is corrected, I will never do business with your company and will spread the news of my mistreatment. Not by the person on the phone, she just didn't produce as promised. Maybe it's beyond her control but whatever, it's totally out of my control. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. All my friends and relatives will certainly and are being told to never shop with your company. You may think "oh well." I'm telling you, it's not that easy. Business is hard and you better be more accommodating with your customers.

i WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I ORDERED 2 ITEMS AND WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY WERE TO SMALL, I WANTED TO RETURN THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE NON RETURNABLE. SO NOW I AM OUT $63.00. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I am so disappointed in Brayola for The $6.00 shipping charge on return items. When you see free shipping you think free. I really had to look to find where you had stated there was a charge for return items. Not only was it hard to find, it discourages shopping on line for a item such as a bra where fit is so difficult. I guess that is why it is so hard to find the page where you tell us there is a charge. I have a return, as I purchased a bra in the size you recommended and I usually buy and it is to big. Terrible. I payed $50 for a bra. They definitely took my money but never received the confirmation number or the bra. I emailed them to let them know and didn't get a response. Complete silence. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I am very disappointed to learn that Israeli women who wish to purchase bras from Brayola must pay an international postal fee of $14.00 when the company is located in Tel Aviv (30 minutes from my house)!! How did this happen?!

Hi Mourgana, We have offices in Tel Aviv, but all of our warehouse and products come from the US, which is why the entire site is in US $. We offer international shipping, which is why it cost you $13.95 to ship to you. We also cannot be responsible for any custom charges. If you have any questions, please let me us know.

it has been a month since placed my irder, August 16th, it was shipped Aug. 18th. It is now Sept. 17th and i still do not have my order. Shipping sucks and i will not be ordering again..

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I PLACED MY ORDER ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!! I HAVE CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!!!! WHEN YOU CALL THE PHONE NUMBER IT JUST KEEPS YOU ON HOLD!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM BRAYOLA!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot stress enough; Do not shop at @Brayola! Let them go out of business. Not only do they sell defective products, they also charge for returns, do not honor returns, nor do they communicate with their customers. I returned two bras that were not true to size. I expected to exchange them for another size but found out I would not be getting a full refund. I got my refund for one of the bra's, I did not get a full refund, I reluctantly accepted the lesser refund knowing I would never shop there again. The second one they had determined to be "less than pristine" I did not get an email, or any other form of communication saying my return was declined. They did not offer to send it back to me, since I had paid for it, technically it was still mine if they weren't going to accept the return, but I got nothing. I tried both bras on at the same time, one after the other, yet they say one of them (the first one I tried on) was returned dirty. I did get my 'partial' refund, but not until I threatened to report them to the BBB. I have one other bra that is not true to size. It cost almost 50 bucks. I can't return it, so now I'm stuck with it. DO NOT SHOP WITH BRAYOLA they do bad business!

Took over a month to receive and return was NOT as easy as you predicted. I hope my credit shows up in a timely fashion. I REALLY wanted to exchange it but was told that you don't do that !!!

This bra does not got properly and has an excessive amount of cup compared to other styles I have purchased. Need to return 2 of them but don't know how to get the order number of my order.

I bought two bras on line. As everyone knows, sometimes a bra just isn't right even though it, in theory should fit. I ventured out into two brands I had not worn before, big mistake. Neither fit very well. When I went to return them, and neither had been marked as "final sale" I got a message saying my purchase was not eligible for return or could not be found. WTF? I tried entering it a million different ways. You can't sell bras on line and expect people are not going to need to return them! This is bull. If you know in advance the bra, go for it, but don't expect to try anything new on this site or you are going to get stuck by these people, if it doesn't fit. Very very unhappy. Their perfect fit bra system is crap.

This has been a bra ordering NIGHTMARE. I ordered 3 bras, which appeared in 3 different shipments over the course of a week and a half. No receipts or return slips. Received the wrong color for one, and tried to repair it and your customer service people can't even get the returns and exchanges correct. Will NEVER ever use this site again.

I ordered a bra but unfortunately it did not fit. I did not realize that you didn't have free return shipping or have a return address label. Now i need to make a special trip to the post office to return it. Other sites have either free return shipping or include a shipping label that deducts the cost of shipping from your return credit.
