Here is your warning! Stay clear of this company. They received my return and NEVER refunded me. They don’t answer your questions or concerns sent to Customer Service. I will NEVER use this company again and I recommend you don’t either.

Seriously, I ordered a bra June 22nd and no contact for weeks. I finally inquired and told it’s on back order. Not told this when I ordered, but ok, I said I’d wait a bit longer. Where’s my bra?

I purchased several bras from this company and returned them per their return instructions. I had confirmation that my return was received back in August. I noticed I hadn’t received my refund in December, and called to find out why. I was told there was a glitch in their system with their refunds and they offered me store credit. I really just wanted my money back, because I had ordered 8 bras and was returning 6. It’s mid-January and I have yet to receive my refund. I called and sat on hold during their posted business hours for 37 minutes before hanging up. I ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. I hope I get my money back.

Never received my order but was billed. Originally offered to refund to my credit card. Then they rescinded that offer and want to give me store credit. I don’t want a store credit, they couldn’t deliver the product to begin with.

I saw a bra advertised on social media and thought I would try it. The material was super rough and I returned it. Then I never had a confirmation from them that they received it and processed my return. It took two weeks for them to answer my messages and 10 days to give my any useful information. I won't buy from this site again.

Buyer beware! I purchased a bra and ordered the size based on the "Find My Size" link. The bra cup is way too big and not wearable for me. And now I find out it is non-returnable. That's $40+ down the drain. I will have to give it to Goodwill. This is the second time this has happened with Brayola. I will never buy a bra online again from this company.

I'm very dissatisfied with your customer service and inability to accommodate my exchange. I was told I need to return my order, re-order my same order to be able to use my store credit. My shipping to do this cost more than the order. I will never order from you again. It has cost me more time and money than the worth of the products! This is all in progress now should anyone be caring enough to help me.

Poor fitting and cost as much to return as the bra cost. I will not recommend or use you again. The return assistance ( Lilly) was terrific.

If I could leave less that 1 star I would have!!! Ordered item and following day received email saying it was backordered for up to 6 weeks. I immediately emailed back to cancel order. I was not willing to wait up to 6 weeks to get item. $ days later i get email saying it had been shipped. Called and waited over 30 minutes to speak to representative. Was told I must call back once I receive order or call my local post office and give them shipping info to cancel. WHAT IS THE LESSER EVIL?Waithing on line again with Bryola for 30 minutes or finding any government phone and waiting to speak to them?? So I waited until the item was delivered to the house, then called Bryola back as I was instructed. Gor the return label and shipped back. Well, today I see on my CC statement that I was not reimbursed for the shipping either direction. Even though 1- called and canceled my order promptly. (order was shipped 4 days after my cancelation) 2- was told my rep I would not be charged for return So once again I called and waited 28 minutes to speak with someone. Christina answered and was rude from the get go. (I had the call on speaker and even our teenager noticed her tone and language with me) Extremely short with me and insisted I was not due a refund for the shipment outbound to me. FINALLY she refunded my return shipping of the item, but again said they would not refund my shipping rate for my item going to me. Unacceptable - I canceled my order and 4 days later it gets shipped!!! Customer service was deplorable, she couldn't have cared less about the situation. Sorry but I will now shop elsewhere.

I returned 2 bras that did not fit, which according to UPS were received back at their facility with their pre-printed label at 9:33 am on 11/3/2019. I have yet to receive a credit for the returned items — expensive for me. Their customer service for returns is designed to not give any response and annoy with endless phone wait. Do Not Do Business with this company.

I ordered 3 bras and only got 2, they never contacted me to tell me it was discontinued! I called them a few days after I got the 2 bras. One of the bras fit well, but after wearing it for an hour, dug into my skin between my boobs (it was a front closed bra). They would not take the return in any form. Will stick to actual stores from now on, can't trust internet stores!

I like the bra (although it was a Playtex that I could have purchased at Walmart). Didn't get full credit for return. Will not order from Brayola again.

I had to give this 1 star because there isn’t the option for zero stars. My order came quickly, they charged my card immediately and then when the crap bras arrived they were poor quality and I’ll fitting. I returned them within 2 days of receiving them, heard nothing from Brayola about my return being received, so I called and sent an email. The person I spoke with said, yes, they had received my return, but that it could take 30 days to receive my refund. The email they sent said 10-20 days. It has been 30 days since I sent the bras back, 27 days since they said they received them and I have yet to even receive an actual email confirmation that the bras were received. Which is what the initial return email said I would get. I find it interesting that they aren’t too busy to charge me card, but 30 days later I am still waiting on a refund. Oh and I should note that you get charged $6.00 to return your merchandise. That’s an interesting little tidbit that is well hidden UNTIL after your order and need to return something. Yeah, don’t order bras online and I would avoid Brayola. Disappointing!
