I was very unhappy with all 4 bras I ordered and returned them all, although I only received credit for 3 of the returned bras. Sizing is off, and they were all extremely uncomfortable. Customer Service was absolutely worthless, so I would not recommend Brayola to anyone.

I strongly recommend NOT buying from this company. I bought a sports bra, according to their sizing chart, it was at least 3 sizes too small. When I went through the "easy" online return process, I requested the refund to be credited back to my card. After hitting Submit, I noticed it automatically defaulted to issuing a store credit. Called customer support, they're charging me $6 to send it back. Never again, I hope this company goes out of business for treating customers likes this. Go look at all their negative reviews on Google.

Didn't send part of my order for a month. I asked where it was and was told not to worry, just keep waiting. I waited and it didn't come. When I emailed they had no idea that things were late and just gave m a refund to fob me off. I didn't want a refund, I want what I paid for. Poorly handled all round

Very disappointing experience. I ordered 3 items. The wrong size was sent for one item and another wasn't as described. I sent both back immediately, about 3 weeks ago, and have yet to receive a refund. I think I will be charged a fee for both returns. Not happy. The third bra is ok but I would have better to try on in a store.

I would rate this place Brayola very very badly, I ordered a bra in November, it came about to weeks later, wrong size, color, everything about it was wrong. Called to get a refund, they told me how to send it back, which I did....after about three weeks called to see what was happening. Long story short I'm still waiting for my refund 2 months later, 3 phones and being on hold for over an hour. Will never order anything from BRAYOLA ever again. They are thieves!!!!!

I bought 2 glamorise bras and was really disappointed. I have bought them in years past, however, there is very little support in them. They were the Glamorise Seamless Strap T-Shirt Bra 1080.They are not the same quality as those that I bought previously.

months after ordering as in 3 no merchandise repeated calls assure me it's on its way I have called several numbers that are disconnected and the only one that works is long distance and i have called5 times waiting over an hour before I finally gave up I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! OUT MY TIME AND MONEY AND NO MERCHANDISE!!!!!!!!!

I returned merchandise October 16, 2019 and still have not gotten my refund. So many excuses. Not acceptable. Very unprofessional.

Do not try anything on and then send it back because they will not refund you because it's "Worn." If you go to pissedconsumer.com, you can see they do this all the time. I am sure the bra I can't get a refund for is back on the shelves. The most egregious part. They never notified me they weren't going to credit my account. Just hoped I'd forget, I guess. SO, I'm out money and I have no merchandise. Pure bull crap.

I have ordered 3 bras. It took Brayola team 4 weeks to send the items. when it finally arrived - it had only 2 bras in it. not 3 as ordered

I am not happy at all with Brayola, sorry to say. I first ordered a bra after speaking with a customer service person at Brayola & she advised me of what size to order according to my measurements, but when I received the 1st bra, it was way too small. I than spoke with a 2nd person at Brayola & she advised me to order the next size in the same bra, but that was too small also. I than decide to send that bra back for an exchange bra, but I received a refund instead of an exchange for the bra & size I believed would fit. I am very disappointed & still don't have a bra. I also received an e-mail from Brayola that I would get an explanation of why I didn't get an exchange bra, but got a refund, but still haven't heard an answer.

The bra had no support whatsoever! It was basically like I just did not have on a bra , meaning my chest was sagging ! There was a whole in the bra by the underwire when I got my package and ofcourse there are no returns on bras !i would not recommend this company to anyone
