I still don't have either bra. I did receive a recent email advising one of them is on back order. But I also received an email advising the other is in the mail....and has yet to arrive. I don't think any stars are in order.

i have emailed Several times stating that I never Received my bras. No one has called me back. The tracking says it was delivered but I didnt get it.

I ordered 2 bras 15 days ago and have not received them. I attempted to email the company with no response. I, currently, am on hold for over one hour. No one has even answered the phone. Straight to eternal hold. I have tried to call several times, choosing several options!! Same result. They charged my credit card and took my money but will not respond to my inquiries, and I have no product! CROOKS!!!

looking to change styles of bra. The one they sent was uncomfortable. They would not accept return without charging me another $6.00 and paying $6.00 for shipping. Any bra you buy from them has no customer service. I ended up pay $42.00 for a $30. because it didn't fit! There are plenty of other online vendors who don't do this. Do not buy from these shysters.

I have ordered a few times from this site. But this last time has made me a person that will never order products from this company again. I have placed an order on Feb 17th 2019. I received 2 items from my order ( 2 pairs of underwear) and not received my bra or tank top that I ordered with it. I have emailed the company 3 times about an update and haven't received any communication back. I spent $121 on product I have not received. Very disgusted how this has been handled. This is not how you treat people that order and expect their product or at least a notification saying they are refunding my money. Never Again!!

I gave it 1 star only because there was not a 0 star to choose. The bras is uncomfortable, it fits baggy and worse it makes your breasts look like torpedoes! I am returning it as fast as I can.

The bra I ordered didn’t fit so I returned it. I never got my refund. I ordered in November received it in the first part of December. I sent it back but was never given a refund. I called Brayola and was told that they had an issue with their refund system!!!! I told them I’d check back in a couple weeks. So I’ve been trying to contact them and now no one answers.

Worst bra company ever. Would not recommend any one to buy bra from a cheap and fraud company. Quality is not good for the products. They also cheat when they mention shipping is free- they change almost 7$for the return. Cheap company

I recently requested to return a bra that is extremely uncomfortable and was advised I cannot return it because it was on sale when I made my purchase. In today's competitive shopping environment (on-line and in-store) I was taken back by this policy. So, I will no longer be purchasing anything from Brayola and I would advise all consumers to be leery of their policies!

I ordered three items from this company and have only received one. I have sent several emails and have not received one bit of communication in return. I am not happy about this. If this is how they are going to do business I don't want to do business with them. I want my money back.

Ordered two night gowns. The material is not soft at all even though I have washed them and used fabric softener. Not happy and will not wear them.

I have been waiting for a refund since December 3rd, 2019. Here is the response from customer service. Thank you for contacting Brayola today. I am very sorry but at this moment we are unable to process any refunds due to a court order that has been filed and we are legally not able to refund until this has been closed. We will have more information within the next few weeks regarding this issue. We are very sorry for the inconveince this has caused you. I would love to be able to write an actual review......however, every single bra I clicked on did not have my size 38DD. Believe me when I say, it is next to impossible to find a bra that fits comfortably in a large size. I am discouraged. I was ready to buy too. Oh well.

First, the bra I received was cheaply made with poor quality materials, but your return process is cumbersome, non-consumer friendly and archaic. To have to send you an email to receive return instructions is stupid. Then I must write the return code on the outside and inside of the package and fill out a form giving you the brand, style# size and quantity of the return? Don't be so lazy, you have all this information. And the capper is, if I miss any of these steps, you keep 25% of my refund? That sounds illegal, I already have to pay to return the thing. I would NEVER purchase from you again.

Hi Lynellen, The reason we don't put paperwork in the box is for 2 reasons. 1. Is to save the environment. We send ALL correspondence through email, so why would you need it printed again? 2. We are a marketplace, so we use lots of different suppliers. In order to ship items fast and efficiently we don't include paperwork as this would add additional time. I am not sure where you have found that we keep "25%" as this is not our policy. We give a FULL refund, however if you don't follow the instructions, this can be delayed as it will be harder to find in the various warehouses. By writing your number on the outside, we have found this speeds the process up, by 50%. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us, and if there is anything we can do to change this, please do let us know. ALL feedback is extremely valuable, and we do understand that it is a different procedure to what other online stores use. Any questions, please do let us know.

If I could I would give Brayola a -5. I have been trying to call brayola for 2 days, each day 3 times, each time 25+ minutes and no one picks up phone. I needed to return a bra, but can’t print label. That is why I was calling. I’ve given up with the phone so I will ship their bra back myself without their printed label and hope they receive it. I will insure and track. In all my 45+ years never had an issue like this. Cable company doesn’t even take this long.
