Not right size for what you call full coversge

I placed an order, next day the bra went on sale for 20% off. I wrote to cs to make it right-the reply was the sale had end by the time the reply got to me-it was a weekend sale and I had used a 5% discount code already. Two days later the same bra was offered for 25% off-they lost me as a customer!

I purchased 2 bras and they were very uncomfortable, fit like a sports bra and flattened me out completely...when I went to return them with the enclosed invoice, there was an address and nothing else...(no company name on the invoice.) I waited for 5 days after I received confirmation that they had been delivered and called the 800 number because I had not received an email saying that they were processing my return. the woman I spoke with told me that it would take a couple of weeks to get a refund and so I am waiting. not great customer service, and the invoices are not what I would call professional. either your company has a licensed name or it doesn't...

Hi Vicki, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. From what I can see, you didn't request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) which is part of our returns procedure (found here--> http://help.brayola.com/hc/en-us/sections/201627322-Returns ) We also clearly state that once we have receieved the items back, it can take up to 10 business days to process the refund, as we have to put the items through routine checks. Your items have only been back 5 business days and will be processing shortly. We do put all this information on our site so it is all available. We are sorry that your expectations were not met. If there is anything we can do this more clearly, please do let us know.

This bra felt like sandpaper. I bought the correct size, but it’s literally like sandpaper. I was very dissappointed.

I have never ordered from Brayola before until I was looking for a strapless bra in a women's size. I received the bra, tried it on, but the cups were too large. I followed the instructions from the email I received on how to return the bra for a refund less the $6 that is charged. It has been 30 days and I had heard a word back from Brayola after mailing the bra back on 8/9/19. I called today, and although the young lady I spoke to was very nice, she reported to me that the bra was not returned in re-saleable condition. Never took any tags off bra or the straps that come with the bra if you need to attach later and put it back in the same bag it came in taped closed. She could give me no reason why it was not re-saleable. So now instead of a refund, I get a credit on my account. What else they have to offer, I can purchase here at home without shipping and handling charges. A total RIP OFF!

Order 2 bras spent over $64 for them they didnt fit sent them back and 2 months later still have not been refunded my money. Sent email to customer support no response, I call and always put on hold that no specialist are available. Now I will contact the Better Business Bureau since you can't take care of things properly. Over 2 months is ridiculous for customer service.

I ordered 2 bras in december 2019 and as of today 2/4 - nothing ~ I am unable to contact anyone - please google Brayola and see what people are saying ~ I gave it one star and that because I couldnt go any further .. Bad business practice.

After not receiving my order I contacted Brayola and was told I could get a refund - 2/3 of what I paid. Still waiting for the rest of the refund for something I never received.

I was super excited to receive my new bra Glamorise No Bounce. I ordered based on reviews but it runs at least one size small. The bra is extremely uncomfortable, very stiff and doesn't offer the support it claims. I paid shipping & Brayola wants an additional $6 shipping to return it. :( Very very disappointed. I had bought my daughter a beautiful too. Unfortunately, it is see through again not described on the site. Again, Brayols wants $6 return shipping. I paid shipping once.

They received my returned item on 3/6 and it's now 4/13 and I have STILL NOT received my refund. I have called at least three times, two times I was on hold for over 20 minutes so hung up. Very frustrating. I can't imagine doing business with them again.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two bras on 02/09/19 (beige and black). Brayola sent the beige bra, but it was not the size I ordered. I have never received the black bra. I am afraid to return the beige bra because I want to make sure the other bra gets shipped. I have sent on-line questions to customer support and received a support ticket confirmation and number. They never followed up on the support ticket. I have called several times and always wait on hold. I am currently on hold and have been for 1 hour and 12 minutes. Brayola is a complete scam!!

I returned merchandise in Sept. and received notice that the items were received by Brayola on Sept. 24th and Sept. 26th. I have yet to received a credit for my return. I sent a follow up email and got a reply that a ticket had been created. Still no credit for my return. Unfortunately, I placed another order and only received two of the 4 items, even though the message said the entire order had been shipped. Horrible customer service, I won't be ordering through this company again.

Bra was sized funny. It took 4 days to get the return number to send it back. I will not be purchasing from Brayola again.

Hi Carolyn, I've looked into this, as we take our customer service very seriously. It looks like you requested to return your items on Sunday. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 9-5pm EST. Your request to return your items was sent to you on the Monday morning. I do hope you understand we try and get through the return requests as quickly as possible. Hi I was disappointed. I ordered a month ahead thinking my bras would get here with my sister-in-law. The package was not sent on time due to luck of one of the models. I got an e-mail and replayed I do not want the bra and please go ahead and send/ That was 10 days ago and my sister-in-law already lest to Israel. I will ask my other sister-in-law to send the package back to you and hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. So- I am big time disappointed. Avital

I ordered a strapless bra WEEKS ago. I never received it. When I got an email asking "How did I like my bra" I called customer service and was told my bra was out of stock. I never received any email informing me of this. The customer service rep offered me another color, which I did accept, and was able to have my shipping costs refunded. STILL waiting on my bra, I then see the NEW one I opted for was also unavailable and I was refunded my money. Still no bra. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. I will never try ordering from you again.

I received an email after placing an order that one of the items I ordered was on backorder and was not expected back in stock for 4 to 6 weeks. I immediately responded to cancel my entire order, as I only ordered the other item to get to free shipping. Never received a reply, so I called the next day and was told my order was cancelled. Next day I received an email that my order was shipping! So, once again, another email saying it should have been canceled. Still no reply. So I tried calling....an interminable amount of time spent on hold since “all customer representatives are assisting other callers” Due to the comment I overheard when I placed my first call, I think it was more likely that the customer reps are busy chatting with one another. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company. This is a very competitive marketplace with a wide range of options, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe a piss poor review will make someone notice.
