I've ordered from Brayola before and had no problems. I received my items as promised. However, something doesn't feel right about this purchase. I ordered a Maidenform firm control body briefer on 12/30/19. As of today, 01/20/20 I have not received my package. I tried calling and was left on hold for over 30 minutes listening to music and a voice saying, "Please hold, we'll be with you". I trusted them for the same service I received earlier. I'm disappointed;but know this I'm a child of the "King" and no weapons formed against me shall prosper. I don't have any photos, but I do have email messages.

Never received order!!! Very disappointing!!! Tried to call never answered. Tried to email, email returned undeliverable. Inexcusable.

Something is very wrong with this company! After waiting 3 weeks for my order I called and found out my bras were out of stock. I was told my card would be credited in 3 days. I have yet to see a credit after 10 days. I have called and called and no one will answer the phone or my emails. I have filed a complaint with BBB and now I must wait. Do not order from this company! I will have to contact my credit card now and see if I can get my $102.

Something is up with this company. I've ordered from Brayola before and have been happy. On Jan. 1, I ordered four bras. The order total was $77.92. I called last week to ask why my order had not been shipped. I was told that the ware house was closed the previous week but it was open and I would be notified when my order shipped. I've called again today and waited on hold for almost 30 minutes before giving up. I would bet that I am out $77.92. I'd like some answers. Do not order from this company.

company owes me $36 still have not got my money back. they received it on 10/24/19 it is now 1/14/2020 and i have called them 2 times waited over a 1/2 hour and no one answered. I liked the bra but it did not fit right. don't do business with these people i'm still waiting for my return money I have a print out of the transaction of the return but still can't get it

If I could give Brayola ZERO stars I would! Ordered a bra that didn't fit and immediately returned it. Kept checking on refund status only to be told they had a "problem" with their system and that the financial people were taking a look at it. This has been 2 months ago. According to news reports they are being sued by several and are tanking fast. Believe all the reviews you see here. This company is a total sham and needs to be stopped. I ended up filing a Paypal claim and Brayola never responded. Got my money back.

I ordered a bra on Nov 3, 2019. I tried it on once and sent it back the next day, as it didn't fit true to the size it said. I never got a refund. I called today and they said because of the "condition" they received it in, they could not issue me a refund. What a scam! I sent it back exactly as it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

P.S. I should add that when I called Brayola on Dec. 20, 2019 I was told they had not received my return but that was not true because I had proof with my tracking number. She had to back track. When I was told today (Jan. 3, 2020) that there is a computer glitch and they have no idea when it will be resolved...that is obviously not true either. When companies lie...that is really bad. I will be calling my credit card back and will be asking for a chargeback as I have all the documents needed.

I ordered 5 bras on October 24, 2019. I needed to return the bras as they were too big. The bras arrived at back at their facility on Nov. 12, 2019 which I followed with my USPS tracking number. I waited until Dec. 20, 2019 to call to complain I had not received my refund of $244.99. I was told that I'd get the refund within 72 hours. I called back today, January 3, 2019 and was told that there is a computer glitch and they have no idea when the problem will be resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: This company is a total scam or in serious financial trouble. Ordered a sports bra in October, returned immediately, still no refund. Just spoke with Robin in Customer Service who told me there is a "computer glitch" that is affecting "some" customers. Usually refunds are issued automatically, but this particular glitch is preventing both automatic AND manual refunds so they can only issue a store credit. I asked how long the issue had been going on and she said almost a month. Asked when the issue will be fixed, she has no idea. Asked to speak to a Supervisor, put me on hold, then said Sowdha would call me back within 24 hours because she had to "investigate" the circumstances. There is no way a legitimate company would think it's acceptable to keep taking orders, knowing they don't have a mechanism to issue refunds according to their policy. Word of advice - WRITE A CHECK.

WHY IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER DISCONNECTED. I RETURNED A BRA GOING ON TWO MONTHS NO MONEY BACK YET COULD NOT EVEN PUT IT ON SENT BACK THE NEXT DAY. ALOT OF THIS ON YOUR REVIEWS.LET ME KNOW SO I CAN START DOING WHAT WE NEED TO DO. OFFICER SHARP

This is a terrible company that makes it costly and difficult to exchange bras. They lied and said the bra I ordered was in less than pristine condition to reduce my return price. I ONLY tried it on, plus they charge you shipping. And they never even acknowleded receiving my return until I reached out to them about my refund. Way too difficult to deal with. Also the bras I ordered arrived within tags. No Thanks!!!!

I ordered two bras, both black one 40D, and the other 38D. I received the 40D as ordered, the second is white, *and* 36D. I checked my order, I didn't make a mistake. OF COURSE, it's too much for them to answer my email. Apparently I'm expected to pay $6 in shipping to send the WRONG bra back to them. This was definitely a first, and last, purchase from this company.

In my view this is a criminal outfit aiming to intentionally defraud. I was unable to cancel the item, was then sent a bogus package that was not what we ordered. I am sure this will be stated as 'by accident'. Never buy from this company.

This company is criminal with returns!!! I ordered 3 bras and 2 did not fit.One was damaged and the other 2 did not fit. 2 of the bras arrived with no original tags. When I returned the ones that did not fit, which was never warn because it was so small I could not even put it on they said I returned it in less than pristine condition and kept some of my monies. This company is a liar and terrible!!! What they do is criminal. Buyer beware!!! I returned the bra in the same condition it arrived.

RIP OFF-I called and cancelled 2 orders over 200.00 in bras and they sent it anyway. Refused to refund my money back. As a matter of fact they charged my credit card twice for the same item. DO NOT purchase anything from these people-they are rude and very unprofessional.

This is my second review. Although my first was verified, it did not appear here, so I am reposting to warn people. I ordered two bras, neither fit. I tried to return them, but their system told me my order number was not recognized. Could not get a human on the phone. What a ripoff.

I bought a front closer razor back bra a month ago and have already had to sew the wires in to keep them from poking me in the arm pits and now there is a broken wire poking me in the side. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!! At $40 they should last more than a month!
