Worst customer service ever!!! Item was worn only for 30 seconds if that because it didn’t fit. They are claiming it did not pass the return inspection!! Issued a store credit as if I would purchase anything from them again!! Poor service!!! Do not buy anything from this company, huge rip off

I ordered bras in July. They kept telling me it would be in by August. As of September they said that they could not fulfill my order. Mind you, I had to contact them on several occasions. They are extremely dishonest!!! I will never order from them!!!!! Let’s see if I get my money back. If I could I would give them a minus 10.

Brayola - Never again! Put in an order and I received an email saying the product was on back order and they gave me the option to cancel. I canceled it. Next day the product shows up. They tried to charge me for return shipping. I Fought it and then they held $11.95 from me instead of $6!! I made the mistake of ordering a different style that fit horribly. I sent it back and when I emailed about my refund, they told me 21 days! My reply to them was that they could take my money in 15 seconds but, 21 days to return it? Within 2 minutes my money was refunded! In sure that they were hoping that three weeks was long enough to make me forget about my refund. Crooks!

I ordered a bra from Brayola. It came after a long shipping time. It was WAY too small. I sent it back. My total for the bra was $43.00 and my refund is $18.00. ????? This is wrong on so many levels. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Thank you for your review, however the reason you were not refunded the full amount of $43.07 is because you purchased two items. One was a bra and the other was a Just My Size Short-Sleeve Slub-Jersey Women's Tunic with Split V-Neck Crochet Bib Yoke OJ248. We did not received this. We also don't refund the original shipping fee, and if you used our return label there is a $6 fee. Therefore you were only refunded for the bra. I really hope this clears things up. I purchased 2 items. I received one, they charged me for both. The second item I ended up cancelling becasue they took so long trying to figure out why I got an email that said it shipped and another that said it was backorderd. The item I received, I opened and returned it. It was never worn, but they refused to give me a full refund (minus $6 shipping). I returned within 4 days and they said they'd give me a gift card. Their own policy states that only happens after 30 days. One star is too many

Ok ladies. This vent is for you. DONT, for any reason purchase anything from the Company name Brayola!!! I made a purchase 3 months ago. Didnt fit. I sent the two purchases back. When I asked them, where my refund was..... 97.86. They informed me that it didnt pass the return policy. Because I tried 1 on. .... but they would give me a 42.95 credit. I informed them I didnt want to make another purchase. I just wanted my money back. SO, I'm just trying to vent. And warn.

Well this isn't good business at all I got an email saying that my item has been shipped on July 31. Next email says I can expect my item Wednesday August 7th by 8 p.m.. Third email States delivery is running late and I should expect my package by Friday August 9th. So those are three mistakes and now it's on backorder so it hasn't even been shipped not sure what's going on here.

Order two bra at the end of June to taken on vacation middle of July. Several days after the order was placed received e mail bra's on back order. Did receive one bra just before leaving on vacation; other still back ordered. Two weeks ago and numerous chats have resulted in these response: bra back in stock will be shipped 2-4 business days; delivery delayed due to change in warehouse; then back on back order. Needless to say at this point I only want a refund. Trouble customer service. Totally dissatisfied. Will not order from this company again.

Unfortunately, the reviews posted when I purchased were glowing and now the truth is coming out. What a waste of money. I bought a bra confidently, based on reviews. The tracking I was sent wasn’t updating. I understand that because I understand there are consolidators and palletizing involved. However, when I reached out, I never received an answer. The bra is now in my trash as it was basically a bandeau with wire in it. I wore it with a dress for two hours. I then threw it in the dumpster at my office, it was better to go bra-less.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Returned a bra that did not fit, waited 3 weeks with no response, finally emailed them and they said they couldn’t get me full credit because there were holes in it...I never wore it, only tried it on and never took the tags off. When asked for pictures of these supposed holes, they said they did not have the ability to do that, but would issue a partial store credit (to a company that I no longer want to deal with), and it’s been 3 days, and I still have not even received that, contacting the BBB today.

Awful company. My 3rd review that just doesn’t send. I purchased 4 bras, $169 taken right away out of my account. Supposedly my racer back was delivered, but was told to check with neighbors and post office (how embarrassing). It’s not a NY company bc when you call, it goes from ringing to a foreigner. I STILL don’t anything I ordered. Then told it’s all on backorder. I’m fuming

Ordered 2 bras on April 16, 2019. Only one came. Never a peep when the other was to be delivered and it never was. Never got a refund until I asked, then it was less than the bra itself. Called them, waited for 10 minutes, then was disconnected as soon as they picked up. Called back, and now on hold for 5 minutes and counting. Very dissatisfied. They couldn't explain why then refunded less than the purchase price. So all in all, if I would have looked at all the negatives reviews, I wouldn't have purchased

Wish i would of read all the reviews before I ordered i also ordered a bra three weeks ago they charged my card and as of now i have not received it git an email that said it back ordered and could take up to 8 week and if its more 10 weeks the order will be canceled my ? is why are you taking money and orders for something you dont have 😡😡😡

Placed an order never received confirmation that they got the order. Received items and didn't like them. Tried to contact them for return and the website didn't work. I keep trying to contact them but nothing works. Stay away from this company!!!

It took weeks ... maybe even a month for me to get my bra. When it didn't fit and I decided to return it I was charged the $6 that it cost me to get the bra and $6 to return it (how heavy can a bra be?). So I paid $36 and was only refunded $24. What a ripoff! Never buying from them again!

Ordered 4 bra's one went on back order. Sent back the 3 for not fitting. They are crediting my for 2. I asked the back ordered bra to be canceled. This was never done. I have spent hours trying to get my money back. Worst of the worst customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have purchased bras from Brayola for several years. The delivery this last time was frustrating to say the least. I placed my order June 15th, received one bra and never received the other. When I checked to see when I could expect shipment, I was told it was returned. I confirmed my address, same as the first shipment, bra was returned again. Confirmed my address again, returned again and the suggestion was that I get it shipped to someone else. Brayola could have overnighted it, used a different carrier and saved a customer. Also, be aware, since it was returned to sender, I was charged a return fee. Never again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a bra, just one, in mid-May, 2019. My credit card was charged $78 on May 23. It’s now June 13 and I have received no product. I called their phone number, 844-443-2427, and a recording says “oops! There’s a problem. Call back later.” Then it hangs up. They SUCK! My credit card company is getting my money back for me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered some bras, and they did not fit, so sent back. They took a while to respond but did not give me full credit for all the bras because they claimed one returned in “less than pristine” condition. So I guess you can’t try these bras on, either. Never again will I use them
