I received an email after placing an order that one of the items I ordered was on backorder and was not expected back in stock for 4 to 6 weeks. I immediately responded to cancel my entire order, as I only ordered the other item to get to free shipping. Never received a reply, so I called the next day and was told my order was cancelled. Next day I received an email that my order was shipping! So, once again, another email saying it should have been canceled. Still no reply. So I tried calling....an interminable amount of time spent on hold since “all customer representatives are assisting other callers” Due to the comment I overheard when I placed my first call, I think it was more likely that the customer reps are busy chatting with one another. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company. This is a very competitive marketplace with a wide range of options, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe a piss poor review will make someone notice.

I placed an order on May 23rd, it’s now June 1st and my order is still unfulfilled. I was told thru chat that I would receive an email when shipped. My credit card was already charged and of course Brayola has my money, but I have nothing in return. Would be 0 stars at this point but doesn’t allow that.

I would give a 0 if I could! I have two bras that do not fit and have been told through email that I can’t exchange or refund. This was not made clear during the ordering process. Do not order from them!!!

I ordered 2 bras and need to return because of size. You can’t reach them to ask about how to make a return and the email they provide online is not valid! Don’t use Brayola!!!

I ordered from Brayola and 2018 and was happy with the bras. I just ordered a bra last week and it is horrble. When I clicked on how to contact them I got an email address that bounces. I guess I have a $50 bra that I can't wear. Fraud!!!

Please read this reviews first before you go to there website. They are only posting past reviews from 2019. I myself ordered from them back in November 2019. I only received one of the bras was not what I ordered. I never received my second bra. I called spoke to Robin and said they were on back order and that I should receive it in a couple of weeks, again never received it. I called again no answer, emailed and no response. Well it's February 2020 still haven't heard from them. Again read people's reviews before you order from this company.

I was charged for a Bra I never recieved. I have emailed and called. Waited on hold for 1 hour and never had anyone answer the phone. This fells like fraud.

I ordered Jan. 4, 202 and never received my products. Called eight times and got put on indefinite hold. I've emailed twice with no reply. Remember, social media can backfire on a company's reviews very quickly. I used to be a repeat customer, but I will NEVER order from you again and I will tell my friends to avoid Brayola.

Save yourself the anguish. If you return, good luck getting your refund. If you call after you've returned to find out about your refund, good luck talking to someone.

I ordered 2 bras. One showed up and I had to jump through hoops to get an answer. They were out of stock with the color I wanted so I said send me what you do have. They agreed and I STILL haven’t received it weeks later. I emailed several times asking for an answer or a refund. In the meantime, I ordered one from Bare Necessities and got it right away. Never using brayola again and I’ll keep asking for my $ back.

I purchased 3 bras in December returned them by UPS overnight within days, never heard from them, I have emailed them 3 times in the last 2 months no correspondence from them, today I called was on hold 1 hr 45 mins no one ever picked up, what a way to run a company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I wish i could give a ZERO! Horrible service. Same complaint as all the other irritated customers. Your heading above this comment box states, "You Are Sorry For My Bad Experience, What Went Wrong?" Here's what went wrong. Your company failed to satisfy the customer!!!!

Like several of the responses below, i have called twice and waited on hold for longer than 30 minutes each. I ordered 3 bras in early November, finally received 2 of them a month later and never received the third one. They took my payment for all three with no refund or even a backorder notice for the third. I guess i'm lucky to only be out $28. I will never recommend this company or order from them again.

I've ordered from Brayola before and had no problems. I received my items as promised. However, something doesn't feel right about this purchase. I ordered a Maidenform firm control body briefer on 12/30/19. As of today, 01/20/20 I have not received my package. I tried calling and was left on hold for over 30 minutes listening to music and a voice saying, "Please hold, we'll be with you". I trusted them for the same service I received earlier. I'm disappointed;but know this I'm a child of the "King" and no weapons formed against me shall prosper. I don't have any photos, but I do have email messages.
