NOT GETTING REFUND OR RESPONSE! I ordered 3 bras from this company, all seemed to be completely different sizes, only 1 fit. I returned the 2 that didn't fit the next day. Over a month later their site says they refunded me a week ago, but I still see no refund on my card. Third bra I realized was damaged (lace was ripped) so i returned that as well. Same thing, websites says I've been refunded but I haven't. Repeatedly contacted customer service. At first I got generic responses "you should have your refund soon", now they won't respond to me at all. I'm out nearly $100 and have no bras to show for it. I'm turning them in to BBB and spreading the word to my friends and family. Worst service I've ever received. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

You should be able to exchange not have to send back which cost $10 on top of the price of the bra and then order another one to get your money's worth and back.

Hi Sarah, We understand your frustrations with having to pay for returns, however at the moment we are not able to offer this service. We do give free shipping, with no minimum :)

Everything I ordered didn't fit (too large) and the material was not comfy.

I returned my order back in March and getting my refund was a job. I emailed 4 times to ask where my refund was and no response at all. Got ahold of my credit card company and wrote them again letting them know then got response that they received return and will refund, finally. Got partial refund, I email to get rest of money and get generic responses. Keep track if you return because I had to chase this down for well over a month. Still looking for the rest. Will not shop here again and will let others know.

I placed an order over 8 weeks ago, they immediately charged my credit card but I have yet to see my merchandise. I have sent several emails with no response and it has been impossible to get through to customer service. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will never purchase through this company again.

I have ordered several bras 8-10 from Brayola! I ordered 2 bras early December 2019 ! I received 1 of 2 very quickly , how ever it now is the end of January and the other bra I bought and paid for has never come! They were answering their e- mails from me but nothing in a week! Their sight is saying this particular bra is no longer in stock but I received a different confirmation from them saying it would be sent Jan 12 ! Now they are not only not answering my e- mails they have me on hold to right now ... so far 45 minutes! Terrible customer service! I will never order from them again ! I hate to be disappointed like this! I have 3 sisters several nieces and many friends, I intend to let them all know how Brayola does business! :cry: They even told me it would take a while if I decided I wanted a refund! Makes me wonder what kind of business this is! :rage:

I have put in 2 email questions, received "tickets" and a promise that the Brayola team will answer my emailed questions. Its been over a week. I am now resorting to a phone call. I've been on the line twice now, each time for over 40 minutes and noone every answers the phone. My request was simple, but I still haven't heard back from Brayola. One bra didn't fit the other backordered for 6 weeks so I cancelled the order but it still came. Now they want to charge me $12 for 2 seperate returns on one order.

1 item out of stock, 2 others do not fit correctly and will be returned, doubt we will buy again here.

I order three bras from this site and every one of them is awful. I order the first and it fit. Some what. But wasn't the style and when I went to return said It wasn't eligible for return. (30$ in the trash can) but figured hey I'll try again the back fit. Order two more slightly padded ones and the cups are so large on them it could fit 3 of my boob's in one cup. I thought this was supposed to be an A. Says A on it but is about a C. Just because I'm large doesn't mean my tits are. I need a normal small person A size with a larger back. Impossible to find.

I would love to review my 2 bras, but I have not received them, so to be honest I can't recommend to any friends since I wouldn't want to be responsible for them being disappointed...By the way, when do you think v I will be receiving my order? I even said I would accept colors that were in stock..but still haven't heard anything or received my order. I will wait one more week, then I will have to complain to pay pal to at least get my money back. I am so disappointed I was so l looking forward to trying Brayola, but given the circumstances I won't be ordering in the future...can you blame me? I emailed you as to what to do, you say you can't find it?? No offer of a refund or exchange & I still have the bras in their original packaging! I will not return them as your postage rates are outrageous. Lesson! Don't buy bras online unless you have tried them on in a store!

Hi Carol, Did you get tracking on this? Unfortunately items can get lots in the post very easily. Did you have any proof of postage so we can show our warehouse?

I ordered two bras, butI had to return my order. Two bras...that's it. They came to me in a huge box, so I used the same box to return them, then they could have easily fit into a box much smaller. Due to the SIZE of the box, NOT the weight, I was charged over $11.00 postage...nearly the cost of one of the bras. Very disappointed. Thought I would reorder, but probably will not.

I sent 3 bras back in November 2019 and haven’t received my refund. I contacted Brayola through email and never received a response.

I am a first time user of this site and I will never use it again. I purchased 2 bras no problem . I tried both of them on and did not like them sent them back. Weeks later I see my credit card statement that they gave a refund for one bra. When I called to check they said one bra had a “scent” ? I have very sensitive skin and very keen sense of smell so I don’t use perfume or scented deodorant or other products and shower daily . I don’t know what someone in their warehouse was smelling, whatever it was should have been on both bras as I had each one on for a few minutes. Sounds like a scam to me
