Never buy from this company. Since March trying to get my refund. No response and reported them to BBB and they didn’t even respond to them. Called and emailed to no avail.

**BUYER BEWARE**Ordered 2 bras over 6 weeks ago. Received an email that one was on back order and if not received in 6 weeks my card would not be charged. I was charged for the full purchase immediately. I have opened several support tickets with only an automated response, tried calling customer service multiple times and a recording says they cannot answer due to circumstances beyond their control. This has to be some sort of scam and it sounds like they have done the same thing to plenty of other people. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service and it doesn't look like I will be receiving another bra or my money back.

Terrible customer service. Returned a bra 3 months ago and have heard nothing! No money returned no credit. Have emailed twice with no reply and tried to reach them on the phone but don’t have all day to be on hold.

Delivery is not speedy. Returns are painful. I hope i get my money back from two bras I ordered and never tried on. I returned them the day I received them because their suggested sizing was not a match. I returned both bras. I received a confirmation email of the return--but Brayola's customer only mentioned 1 bra. I immediately wrote back that I had indeed returned two. Nothing! Policy suggests returns will be processed in 10-20 days, other Brayola references suggest returns may take "up to 21" days before returns are processed. It's been 25 days. You can not get anyone on the phone; I've waited 25 minutes twice. They have an obligation to make more customer service operators available when people call. Who has an hour to waste? Most maddening is their repeated voice message while you wait, "Brayola makes bra shopping easy. And affordable." What's affordable about wasting hours to speak to a customer service rep? Brayola does not make anything easy--other than their instantly charging your account. I urge you to avoid this online company. Really awful

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered two bras, exact same bra different cup sizes. What I didn't realize is this is just a clearing house and the orders are filled by another party. Only 1 bra arrived, and there was absolutely no communication on where the other bra may be, even though I was charged for both. No email stating only a partial order was sent. I contacted them about the missing bra, they sent me a "case number" with the statement, "we'll get TRY to answer your question as quickly as possible," which means never. Today, a month later I still haven't received an answer, the bra, or a refund. When they sent me a 'return ticket' number, they The bra I received didn't fit, but to return it cost $5.99. The return shipping cost is not unusual, but you don't know what the cost is until you print the return label. I ended up finding the exact same Bali bra at JCP for less money. Kohl's also carries whatever bra you might want to try and the returns are much easier (like JCP). Do yourself a favor, if you see a bra you like on Brayola try to find the brand/style/size somewhere else before you get sucked into buying from a place that doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction, doesn't appear to stock any bras and relies on 3rd parties because I received the bra from Inmar and it was returned to them. Inmar either can't use their logistics properly to charge/fulfill customers orders or they are unable to communicate with Brayola systems' effectively to say they can only ship a partial order. This is unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.

Over 3-1/2 weeks and still no order, no return emails, no answer on the phone calls. All lines are always busy. New sales, purchases, customer service. Are there really people there. I want my money back.

I have ordered 4 bras over a period of time and havent been happy with any of them. The most recent one ordered is the scratchiest bra i have ever experienced. The one i was happy with but holes came through in the lace in a short amount of time. I wouldnt waste your money!

Placed online order. My credit card was charged immediately. I sent an online request for assistance and received a case #. No further response. I called the support number and was on hold forever with no answer. I sent another email request for followup. My account shows no order history, yet I have already been billed.

I ordered 2 bras, only received 1 and several attempts to contact without luck. Three phone calls, on hold for 1/2 hr.,all 3 times. I have submitted 3 support tickets and the only response has been automated stating they would contact me. Their talk to a live agent states it is not up st this time..I tried at 7am, 10am, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm) several different days) IT IS NEVER UP! I do love the 1 bra I received and did get it in s timely manner.

I purchased a bra 3/7. It is not 4/9 and I have yet to receive the bra. No problem taking my money fast though. There has been no updates forwarded to me, nothing. I naturally can't get a hold of anyone for a refund either. Buyer beware.

Sizing on site was incorrect. I measured and ordered the bra that matched my measurements and was the same size I wear in stores, it arrives and was extremely tight and unflattering. And they Charge you $6 to return it. Waste of time and money. I won’t ever give them a chance again because of how poor the bra fit and I’m losing money because I wasn’t satisfied.

Worst customer service, chavon (sp) answered and was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me speak with a supervisor, any supervisor at all.. very rude and the bra I purchased was sewn wrong! Careful buying from this company and returns are at your cost

bought two of the same bra, returned both in same package, only refunded for one bra. called customer service and they refunded me, less 11.99. Really!!! was that shipping and handling for two light weight bras. Never again.

Horrible Company . Poor customer service. Long wait times. Rude representatives. Order was not received in full - two claimed that partial order was potentially held up by postal service which is absurd. Told that manager would call in 24 hours. Never heard back. Will report company to BBB

Received pkg missing 3 of 4 items. Emailed and was given a support ticket #, but no response. Called and was treated beyond rude. Rep would not listen to problem. Once I got her to listen and realize it was their mistake, she put me on hold. I expressed how rude she was and she threatened to hang up on me. I called back and got a different rep and was treated the same way. Let my number to be called back. We will see if I get a call or my merchandise. Would NEVER use or recommend them

Horrible customer service. Sent me the wrong items and would not send me a free return label. I have been ordering from them a lot. But never again. Both the customer service rep and the manager were extremely rude when speaking to me.
