Sizes are way off. Please send another return label. Tried twice but won’t order again. Very disappointed

Policy states no returns on clearance items. Found out the hard way sales items to this company means clearance do no return out 35.00 wo t ever buy or endorse such a company

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY BRA FROM MY ORDER ON APRIL 4TH, 2021. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE, BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AND I HAVE EMAILED A COUPLE OF TIMES WITHOUT GETTING A RESPONSE.....THE NEXT THING IS THE BBB!!!!!!!!

I ordered an underwire tee shirt bra. When I tried it on I found that the "underwire" came up the sides to under my armpits. Most uncomfortable bra ever. I sent it back. Hope I get a refund. It was expensive.

I thought the quality of the bras I ordered would be better. One of the bras was defective and i will not be purchasing from brayola again. I also got a free seamless thong those are actually very comfortable an worth purchasing.

Bra didn’t fit ordered a band size bigger but when I got it the cup was a lot bigger than the first bra. Sent Customerservice a email and they said when you order a bigger band size the cup is larger. Never heard of that before and can’t return it cause I wore it for a hour. Won’t buy from them again.

I ordered two bras, received one, two weeks later received two bras neither of which I ordered. I've been dealing with the worst customer service of any online store I've used and still don't have a resolution.

My first experience with Brayola was so bad that I swore I'd never buy from them again. I bought a bra in a brand I'd never worn before, which turned out not to fit properly. I wore the bra only once - just long enough to determine that it didn't fit, and then I returned it with tags on and in the original packaging. I had to pay $6 to return the bra, and then, when Brayola received it, they refused to refund the purchase price saying that their quality control people had rejected it as not meeting their return requirements (without actually specifying in what way). So, I wound up paying a lot of money for nothing. Sadly, I got tempted into giving them another try. This time, the bra also wasn't a good fit, but, rather than pay to return it and risk not getting a refund, I made some alterations to the bra so I could wear it. Still not a great fit, but ok to wear for activities for which I wouldn't want to wear one of my good bras. Brayola should know that bras must be tried on, and they should have free no-questions asked returns if the bra doesn't fit. This time, I really am done with them.
