“I needed to check on when an order would arrive as I was scheduled to leave Florida and return to New Jersey. Your customer representative was very helpful in getting me the delivery information I needed and making sure they had the alternative address shocks it be needed.”

“Wonderful fit and fabric. A real value for your money. Sometimes when you pay less or shop online you are uncertain of the quality because you don't get to touch, feel, and see the item. At Brayola you don't have to worry. They seem to get it right!”

“I hadn’t received a shipping notification after ordering my “t-shirt bra, so I emailed Braylon and received a response within 4 min. I was told it was shipped an whalla, just received it. One of the most comfortable bra’s I’ I’ve ever owned....wearing it now. I will be ordering from again. I read all the reviews and thought I’d take a shot....and happy I did, thank you.”

“First time buyer. Loved it. I wouldn't normally write a review but i saw all these negative things and didn't feel it was fair. I had a great experience, very friendly customer support and i LOVED LOVED LOVED my bra. Will be shopping again as soon as i need another bra.”

“I've been shopping with Brayola for years, and always had a great experience. Shipping is good, customer service has always been friendly. Yes, you have to pay to return things, but you have to do that for other places too. I prefer shopping with Brayola because they give me the choice i don't get in other shops.”

“I purchased a bra in July, but it was immediately put on back order and I received an email telling me it could be up to 4 weeks. I didn't want to wait that long, so emailed the customer service and got a lovely reply. They were so helpful and helped me find an alternate bra (which apparently is very similar to the original one i ordered.) The bra came and I absolutely love it. I haven't been able to find a bra that fits as comfortably as this one. Thank you Brayola. You have a customer for life!”
