“Your customer service was very polite and responded quickly which is appreciated. However, I am not going to do business with a company that cannot get the website programmed correctly to accept a discount code you have sent me. I have tried every code sent and none were accepted. I know customer service said to go ahead and complete the order and then email them and they would adjust the discount. That's a bunch of crap. Having been a programmer I know this could be fixed quickly. Since it's not fixed, I'm not doing business with you.”

“The descriptions and pictures are the selling points. Need to see the back, see the colors, find out if it is underwired, and if it hooks front or back. Have bought two bras, and have my eye on another.”
