“I got an email saying that my issues were resolved but nothing was resolved lol. Soooo not happy at all. I’m not changing my review when ABSOLUTLEY nothing is changed.”

“The products Brayola offers are beautiful and if it wasn't for my one particular need, I would buy all of them if I could. I need a strong side support and although Brayola is offering some models, they are just not filling the need. If you ever do find one that just might be what I am looking for, I hope you show photos of the front and the sides with the arms upward too.....and on a model with an ample bust. I have to say I am an octogenarian, so the muscle strength in that area is where my problem lies.”

“Brayola has become my go-to for quality ubdies at great prices. They have great sales, and delivery is amazingly fast. I have not had to return any items as yet, so can't comment on return process.”

“I ordered 2 bras in the same size. Both arrived and only one fit. I requested refund which was promptly authorized only to find out there is a return fee of $6 which is withheld from my refund. I Oder a lot on line and this is the only company charging this fee. I will not order any more from Brayola due to this. I sent an email response to the refund and received no response.”

“The 2 bras I ordered were way to big.... I don’t know if I was wrong in ordering cup size or what.The bras were pretty.I sent them both back 1 week ago and just waiting for my $75.00 return.”

“I'm not sure why you're asking me to change my review. I still have not yet received the 2 bras below that I ordered (and paid for) a few weeks ago. And my refund issue has not been resolved. I have not heard from anyone at Brayola. I have not yet received the bras mentioned below. Also, on a previous order I returned 2 bras at $46.00 each and I refunded for only one. Would like an explanation as to why.”
