“The worst agency ever. All the staff are trained to lie to you. They never fix anything or get in touch the landlords as promised. Found out after contacting our landlord that they have not paid our rent for 6 months even though we have been paying. This is why they will not contact the landlord for repairs because they are currently avoiding the landlord. Every week we have a new property manager. I have seen on other sites they are taking people's deposits out of the scheme early to pay staff.”
“Avoid at all costs. They moved me into a flat with no working plumbing which they knew prior to the start date but neglected to tell me, they ignore emails and texts, their staff gaslight you, they turn up at your home unannounced sometimes letting themselves in and I don't think I've been treated this badly by a company ever.
Do yourself a favour and deal with landlords directly. This company is not worth the premium you and the landlord have to pay and they cause more issues than they solve.”
